Consumer Complaint: I filed a dispute for incorrect information on my credit report. I received an email from the credit bureau stating that they are assuming the disputes are coming from a 3rd party. They in fact did not come from a 3rd party. l even called them to verify it was me and they still refused to process my disputes. I wasted money on mailing my disputes out. I sent personal information to verify my identity through mail, just for them to not thoroughly investigate.

Consumer Complaint: This account has been closed since XXXX and its passed the statue of limitatiions with that being a voilation itself. Not only have they been reporting this acct as open since XXXX but that it was closed in XXXX. This is very inaccurate and they also claim that the last activity happened on XX/XX/XXXX when this account has been closed since XXXX. They keep sending me letters each time I dispute this and everytime they send a letter they inform me that the updated the info. First of all they never update anything and now I see that they are showing the last activity being XX/XX/XXXX. all of this info is inaccurate and they do not do a proper investigation and it comes back as accurate. I have went round and round them and their incompetance to properly investigate and remove this acct is costing money because my interest rates are higher if I want to purchase a car because of this error. If this is not removed, I will be contacting an attorney to take the next steps in suing Transunion.

Consumer Complaint: Ive noticed that several deviations from mandatory reporting standards therefore the data in my report can not be accurate and complete! With that said, I deny your allegations and I challenge you to provide proof that you have the right to report this incomplete negative information on my credit report. Per 15 U.S.C 1681e Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. According to 12 CFR Part 1022 ( Regulation V ) requires furnishers to : Furnish information concerning accounts or other relationships with a consumer that has integrity. Furnish information about accounts or other relationships with a consumer that is accurate. C - Conduct reasonable investigations of consumer disputes According to XXXX, in order to make a lawful report, you must follow the Metro 2 compliance standards. Also as stated in the XXXX Any Deviation From These Standards Jeopardizes The Integrity of The Data. This means that any mistakes in reporting claims can make the information less accurate and it affects the accuracy of any federally regulated reports. Therefore, I am invoking my rights to challenge these inaccurate and non-compliant items. Neglecting my demand will only prove that you DO NOT care about my rights as a consumer. Its NOT FAIR for you to report information that isnt confirmed to be ethical and meets the standards of certified reporting. Again, I am challenging these claims and asking for proof of the proper reporting standards. You are violating my rights! I have listed the concerns about your reporting in this document. It's not complete and does not meet my standards according to law, you must certify all aspects of required FCRA/ Metro 2 compliance which is done truthfully, correctly ( in a timely manner ), completely AND accurately as well - or else I would have to escalate these issues to the CFPB , FTC and my Attorney General. Consumer Complaint: This complaint is to formally advise XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that I believe your company has violated my consumer rights in the following ways. Please keep in mind that this is my second correspondence and I have had no correspondence back from your company in over 45 days. Specifically, you : - Failed to validate a debt at my request- FDCPA violation - Continued to report a disputed debt to the CRA- FCRA violation XXXX Continued to attempt to collect a disputed debt- FDCPA violation - Ignored my cease and desist- FDCPA violation Not only have you ignored my prior requests for validation of debt, but you also continue to report this debt to the credit bureaus causing damage to my character. The amount that is being reported to Transunion is not the same balance that I had with the original creditor. Whatever liability I had with the original creditor has since been satisfied and that is why XXXX and XXXX is not reporting this inaccurate information. This complaint will again request that you follow guidelines of The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), 15 U.S.C. 1692 and please provide the following : Validation of Debt Request - Proof of your right to own/collect this alleged debt -Balance claimed including all fees, interest and penalties -Provide me of the amount of which the debt was purchased/forward flow agreement. Per the CFPB, I have this right as a consumer. -Contract bearing my personal signature -License proof to collect debts in my state As you certainly are aware, " Admission by Silence '' means that you had a legal duty to defend your position but failed to do so and if my claims were untrue, you would have been compelled to deny my charges. I will use the Admission by Silence in my defense should I be summoned to court or take action against you. I expect to receive proof requested above, within 15 days of this letter. Should you continue to ignore my request for this validation of debt I reserve the right to sue your company for violations of my consumer rights as indicated under both the FDCPA and the FCRA. I may also seek damages from you if warranted. The dispute letter sent on XX/XX/scrub>XXXX is attached which is dated and time stamped for your reference.
