Consumer Complaint: To begin, per the FRCA, as a Federally protected consumer, I am now opting out of any and all authorization that I, the consumer, may have given any of the Credit Bureau 's, written, un-written, verbal, non verbal, per 15 USC 6802. According to the Privacy Act of 1974, I have the right to privacy on Third Party Reporting Agencies putting derogatory or negatively impacting information ; as well as The Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 ( a ) and ( b ) that the credit reporting agencies can only place information about me, the consumer, with my written consent or else it will effective banking industry. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 section 602 a states. There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumer 's right to privacy. I have a side by side proof things have been mis-reported and I have attempted to dispute all of these inconsistencies with the three companies. XXXX, XXXX and TransUnion all have different information, some identity theft, some fraudulent activity and some reporting that I did not request. TransUnion on XX/XX/XXXX I disputed with TransUnion on multiple names that I did not put into their system, nor did I give them permission to use mis-spelled names. There were multiple un-mailable addresses included in my report with TransUnion that they say were updated before my dispute. They were not updated. They have multiple hard inquiries I did not allow and therefore, identity theft and false reporting is still occurring today. There are multiple dates of inaccurate reporting and delinquent mortgage accounts on TransUnion. XXXX and XXXX XXXX both have late payments which have been disputed because they are not my debts. I have never had a XXXX XXXX and it's on my TransUnion file as a closed account, which must be identity theft. As well XXXX. I have received absolutely no correspondence from them.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a grave matter concerning my credit reports, which has resulted in severe inconvenience and distress. Recently, I received two credit reports in the mail that do not pertain to me but share my name. Upon scrutiny, I discovered that my credit profile has been erroneously merged and intermingled with those of two other individuals who share my name but possess different social security numbers. Despite my earnest attempts to rectify this situation, XXXX, TransUnion, and XXXX have all refused to address the matter, leaving me in a vulnerable position. I have reached out to each of these credit bureaus through multiple channels, including the CFPB portal, phone calls, and traditional mail. Additionally, I have diligently uploaded copies of my driver 's license and social security number numerous times to substantiate my identity and plead for the correction of this egregious error. The social security numbers erroneously linked to my profile are ( see attachment ) and ( see attachment ). Despite providing comprehensive documentation and evidence, the credit bureaus have repeatedly requested the same information and have shown an unwillingness to resolve this matter. I am hereby formally requesting the immediate deletion of the mixed files associated with the following creditors and debt collectors : XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX Furthermore, I demand a cease and desist from all creditors and debt collectors linked to these erroneous accounts. It is abundantly clear that the information in question was not properly verified by the collection agencies, creditors, or credit bureaus, leading to a blatant violation of my rights and privacy. I am profoundly disappointed by the credit bureaus ' refusal to address this matter in a timely and effective manner. While I strongly prefer to resolve this issue expeditiously and amicably without resorting to legal action, I am prepared to pursue further measures to ensure the accuracy of my credit reports and safeguard my rights as a consumer. I implore the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to intervene and compel XXXX, TransUnion, and XXXX to take immediate action to rectify this error and ensure the accuracy of my credit reports. Furthermore, I emphasize that I, myself, am writing this letter, and I do not have any credit bureau or third-party agency representing me. I request that a human agent verify this information and explicitly state that I do not consent to any third-party entities, such as XXXX or XXXX, involving themselves in this matter, as they are not deemed reliable sources by me. Thank you for your urgent attention to this matter. I anticipate your swift and decisive action in resolving this distressing situation.

Consumer Complaint: Transunion has failed to update my creditor report numerous times. I have old and outdated information in my report. The report lists accounts that are closed and accounts that do not exist. The TransUnion company tries to blame the banks or creditors. But the other XXXX credit agencies have updated to reflect the proper information under my report. This agency doesn't take ownership for not updating the report monthly like they are supposed to for each consumer. I shouldn't be getting declined for a credit card because of the non-existence of XXXX credit cards, XXXX auto loans, XXXX student loans, and XXXX personal loans on my credit. I have XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card, XXXX XXXX account, XXXX student loan, and XXXX auto loan, and XXXX personal loan. Where are they even getting the wrong information? I need this corrected asap. I need my credit report refreshed for all creditors. The person I spoke with on the phone could see things that me and the creditors are not seeing. How does it work out if a company can see your report is good but the creditors you need can't see your report is good? They still think you have a ton of debt because an old report with collections that have been resolved for years and fake information is posted for all to see.
