Consumer Complaint: CERTIFIED MAIL TRACKING NUMBER XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX LEGAL NOTICE UNDER 30 DAYS NOTICE ( ADMINISTRATIVE REMEDIES ARE EXHAUSTED ITSELF ) I have submitted many and multiple requests to TransUnion by mail and by other means regarding this unethical reporting and trying to claim that such is my debt when TransUnion can not get such proof of validation from this merchant called XXXX XXXX XXXX to do what they have done. This has been going on since XX/XX/XXXX and should be over with my credit profile reporting never late at all on my credit report. I have every right to dispute such matter and such disputed matter or amount should not have never been reported to any credit bureau agencies. This was reported to corrupt my credit profile and to mislead others now, I want TransUnion to do their due diligence homework and produce ALL OFFICIAL AND LEGAL RECORDS as noted in this complaint and to sign over to have this matter placed in a court of law under a jury trial demand for TransUnion and TransUnion 's witnesses to come forward with their evidence to support their reporting. By law or by rules and regulations TransUnion is supposed to be updating the consumer 's profile every thirty days. Records show the last time TransUnion updated any profile was XX/XX/XXXX. We are now on XX/XX/XXXX. Where are the updates and where are TransUnion Records to provide to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and Federal Trade Commission?
