Consumer Complaint: Besides my personal bank account being frauded over 6 times in last 2 years. I am now getting reports of someone trying to obtain credit cards in my name. Several companies have sent me letters saying they denied me for credit services. I never applied for them. I refuse to own a credit card and defiantly did not try to apply for any. XX/XX/2022 SYNCHRONY BANK sent letter staying they can not give credit for my request of XXXX XXXX issued by their bank. I never applied for this. XX/XX/2022 XXXX sent a letter stating they can not issue credit for my request of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX I never applied for this. XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX was unable to approve my application. I never applied for this either. XXXX informed online they sent me to collections. I was frauded on XXXX, my bank investigated and now I'm sent to collections for something i didn't do. My credit scored has dropped XXXX points in last few months, as well.

Consumer Complaint: I currently have an account with Synchrony XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. Last summer, I had to return a couch that was under warranty with them due to manufacturer defects. The replacement item cost more than the item they originally sold me as prices had gone up due to " inflation '' they said. As a result, the company increased my credit limit for one day to allow the purchase of the replacement couch to go through. They then immediately reduced my limit with no notice. Furthermore, they are now reporting on my credit that I am significantly over my spending limit for a revolving credit account which this is not. This is negatively effecting my credit and credit score. They are stating that I owe them {$2500.00} dollars, but only reporting that I have a {$900.00} dollar credit limit. Therefore, they are consistently reporting that I am {$1600.00} over my credit limit. I have attempted to get the company to change how they report this on my credit. I called them multiple times in XXXX and XXXX and each time I received the same answer, that I needed to deal with the credit bureau and not the creditor. I have filed disputes on how this reported to no avail. I am attaching statements from XXXX of XXXX until XXXX of XXXX to show the temporary credit increase of over {$2000.00} and then immediately reporting that I am over my credit limit which they allowed.

Consumer Complaint: Today I received an email from Synchrony stating that my application was denied due to the a credit freeze on my XXXX account. I confirmed that my credit report was unfrozen before I applied for a credit card with Care Credit, in which Synchrony is the finance company. I then called XXXX and they also confirmed that my credit report wasn't locked or from. The representative advised that I call Synchrony back and tell them to reach out to XXXX XXXX Department of XXXX. I also tried to apply again per letter and I keep getting an error. I hung up and called Synchrony back and spoke to XXXX, I asked her to connect me to a supervisor. She asked me for some information to verify me. I advised to her that I applied for a Care Credit card on XX/XX/22 and called in and was told I was declined. I advised that I inquired why and was told that they pulled my XXXX report and I was declined. Here 's where the disbelief comes into place. I don't have any inquiries from this company on top of I have a XXXX credit score with XXXX with no delinquencies and the last time I applied for credit was last year XXXX. So XXXX stated that they were able to pull my credit report and I stated well this letter came today and stated otherwise. She stated that I'll be receiving another letter. Again I don't believe it because I have no inquiry from this company and XXXX also stated that they never pulled my credit report. Please look at the attached proof.
