Consumer Complaint: When I signed up for the XXXX credit card I was under the impression that when the initial annual interest rate period was up, the interest rate would be raised. Instead the interest rate was added up for each month and the XXXX worth of monthly payments for 1 year was taken out of my credit card and now I am back to the amount it was when I first got the card. It was misleading as I thought the apr rate was simply changing and it would not be added up like interest on the card through the year.

How does this computer printout prove that this debt belongs to me? They still have not complied with the XXXX. They only forwarded a portion of the documentation requested and required by the XXXX. It shows nothing but my name, address, and transaction history with dollar amounts. But I do not see my signature here or any of the other items requested from this bank

Consumer Complaint: Synchrony bank... .missed numerous bills sent to me and have numerous times in the past two years charged XXXX $ fees for bills not received i pay on time, all the time, and accounts such as amazon XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX have all charged me XXXX late fees for bills never received. ( supposed to be delivered us mail. ) I've called them but they say they can do so. Its amazing they are paid on the other accounts, but these always are either late or not delivered at all, and it really hurts when i pay my bills on time, all the time. Then they up the interest rates after the second time. Unfair. I should've gone to a loan shark. Cheaper rates. As soon as my balance 's are paid in full ( i ALWAYS pay on time ) i will no longer be a customer of synchrony Bank. They are thieves.

Consumer Complaint: Every time that I pay the statement balance I call them e they said that the next mont will be zero, but the next month come always come another bill and it has been 2 months already and I can't keep paying so much, I have no money for that. And now that I requested to cancel and close my account nobody answer on the chat neither on the phone. I would like to this issue to be solved and my account closed, please. Carecredit is a scam! It's ridiculous.
