Consumer Complaint: I received a home repair loan from the USDA in XX/XX/XXXX. The contractors work was delayed. The date was changed on the contractors work but was not changed by the XXXX on my Promissory Note. When the work was completed on XXXX XXXX, XXXX the loan was put into action and because the Promissory Note date was not changed as was required by Paragraph XXXX XXXX XXXX ) of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I was immediately past due XXXX months before I even received billing. As a result, the USDA reported me as not paying on my loan. I have since disputed the errors through XXXX and the late payments error has been removed. This was a horrible situation. In the meantime, I received a letter from Synchrony Bank cancelling my XXXX XXXX XXXX Credit Card based on the derogatory information reported to XXXX. The XXXX Account ending in XXXX is a small account. I recently paid off the account. I have never been late with a payment the entire time I had the account. Always paid on time. Never went over my credit limit, etc. The reporting of derogatory information by the XXXX was no fault of mine. The XXXX made the error and they fixed it. Now Synchrony Bank is hurting my credit. My credit score has also been restored.

Consumer Complaint: I have a paypal prepaid card that was used in fraudulent activity, I filed a claim for the certain amount, two days later i received an email saying my claims are denied, So I call the paypal debit company to address the situation, they told me someone used my debit card which i never used one since i only used this account to deposit small amounts that accumulated over the years, so they tell me since it was my card they must deny the claim, and I explained to them that even if someone used my card without authorization that is still fraud and explained to them that I trusted my money in there bank, well then I ask them were was these transactions made which i didnt know since i abruptly called to close the account since my wife and I accounts were hacked they even called our phone providers and had our numbers changed without our knowledge so we were completely in the dark, well to end this off they told me the transactions was made in Florida and I live in XXXX Maryland , I cant understand if was even to consider committing fraud with paypal prepaid why would i fly to Florida to commit such a crime that would not be cost friendly, I am very upset that i trusted this company with the protection of my money and yet they still tell me to go to the XXXX store in Florida to prove it wasn't me seems that the scammers know exactly what stores to scam, Seems i have been a victim of a scammer and the bank, I hope that someone will understand and can help me to please resolve this unfortunate incident and get my funds returned thank you

Problem is two fold 1. I never authorized them to leave with neighbor. I checked with ALL neighbors and no one got the packages. 2. XXXX can not say with whom ( a person 's name ) or WHERE ( which address ) packages were left!! Therefore delivery has to be declared LOST and my {$1200.00} dollars refunded to me. There is Insurance on this delivery and merchant REFUSES to help!! Did not even require a signature and the amount is HUGE!!

I have asked all credit agencies to remove, have filed dispute after dispute and they will not remove from my credit! Second is a debt with Synchrony Bank for around {$200.00} - {$250.00}. I had to ask credit agency to spell the bank name as I have never had any dealings with said bank. I do not know when this happened - found out about and again did dispute after dispute and the credit agency will not remove. I pay my debts! I should not have to pay a debt that is not mine!!! I should not have to have my credit score low because these agencies will not remove a debt that is not mine!!! Today the rep with XXXX said that they will not remove because I did not file police report or file report to you FTC.gov. I did not even know how to reach out to you before today. Please help me. I have been trying to rebuild credit from a Bankruptcy over 25 years ago and these two things are keeping my score from going up!!! I should not have to pay for this in any way shape or form! Consumer Complaint: I have a credit card with Venmo, I made a payment to the balance on my card on XX/XX/ for the amount of {$510.00}. To no fault of my own, I was double-charged on this payment and the money was taken out of my account causing me to go negative in my bank account. I had called them to ask them to cancel the payment, the first time I called I spoke to an individual named XXXX with Venmo and he hung up with me, the second call I was told there was nothing they could do, and the third and last time I called the individual told me they will send me a check once the payment clears. I can not wait that long for them to pay me back. This was their mistake and they need to take responsibility for their actions, it is not right that I am negative in my bank account and will be charged an overdraft fee. They need to set up their system to better accommodate their customers in situations like this.
