Tried to dispute but no answer In according to the fair credit reporting act convergent account, has violated my civil rights. 15 USC 1681 section 602 states I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 section 604 A section 2 : it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 USC 1666B : a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as a late for any purpose.

Consumer Complaint: My complaint is about synchrony bank. The current issue is for a loan from Synchrony for a XXXX recreational vehicle. The same exact thing happened when I had a loan through synchrony for a XXXX recreational vehicle, which paid of and was paid off far in advance of the loan term. For my current XXXX loan I always recieve my bill in the mail between the XXXX and XXXX of the month. The due date is the XXXX of the next month. I always write the check the same day I recieve the bill, and mail it out that evening, on my way to work the next morning, or during lunch, or on my way home from work. Today Synchrony called me at XXXX to collect a payment and late fees from me over the phone saying that they have not recieved my payment. This same exact scenario happened when I had the loan through Synchrony for the XXXX. I suspect that they purposely create this scenario in order to try to collect more fees. They purposely mail the bill out just in the nick of time to get to my house so that i have to make sure to write the check and mail it out the same or next day, hoping that it will be delayed in the postal service so that they can try to collect more fees. What supports my theory is that this day and age, they do NOT offer a way to pay the bill online like literally every other financial instiution in the United States of America. They offer to let you pay over the phone, for an extra fee of course. Even tiny little county banks and my single branch employees only credit union offer online access now days. If you view my credit history and exceptional score, you will see that since my first loan the age of XXXX, XXXX years ago, I have only ever had one late payment due to a mail delay. And every single loan has been paid off far in advance even the only loan that had a late payment.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I sent out a USPS-certified Notice of Dispute letter to Synchrony Bank . Here is the tracking number XXXX. With my credit report cause I notice there was inaccurate and missing information being reported on my credit report. I received a letter back from Synchrony Bank on XX/XX/XXXX reinsuring me that they reviewed my account and verified it is accurately being reported. On XX/XX/XXXX I pulled my credit report again to see if there is still inaccurate and missing information being reported on my credit report. The account number is not being reported accurately. On Account Type - Details they are reporting on XXXX as a charge off but on XXXX it's reporting as incomplete. On Account Status it's being reported on both credit bureaus as " Paid '' but still reporting as a charge-off. The date opened is inconsistent between both bureaus. High Credit is being reported as inconsistent. The credit limit is being reported as inconsistent. On XXXX, it is being reported as " Last Reported " on XX/XX/XXXX, and on XXXX is being reported as XX/XX/XXXX even though I sent a certified Notice of Dispute on XX/XX/XXXX. The last day active and the date of the last payment are inconsistent across both credit bureaus. Payment history is being shown as incomplete and inconsistent.

Consumer Complaint: Lowes/Synchrony bank card declined at Lowes. Learned that Fraud Dept closed account but would not explain why, or what transaction triggerred this closure. They locked me out of my Online Log In so I can not assess what is valid or not. On over 10 calls they have refused to talk to me or email me a list of transactions. One agent promised that I would received an email no later than 48 hours with a list of transactions. Instead, I get a message saying I need to log in to access an important message ( I have several such messages, despite the Bank locking me out of Online Log in ). How stupid is that!!! This could be error or Fraud, possibly insiders at the Bank or a rogue Lowes employee. I can not get their silly iphone verification process to work after several attempts. The account was closed by bank, which is fine with me, as I never want to waste another minute with this bank. However, my account is set for autopay and I dont want to payment to occur without having opportunity to review the charges they have attributed to my account. Again, this has been handled so badly, compared to any other bank I have dealt with over 50 years, that I suspect bank fraud. I need the data!! No other bank would ever deny a customer access to card card charges so cardholder can assess validity. I believe there are fines for Banks denying customers access to this data. I want the CFPB to levy maximum fines for egregious, illegal conduct by Bank. Thank you
