Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I made a purchase from a merchant for {$120.00} using PayPal checkout to process my Visa card. The order was delivered on XX/XX/XXXX without issue, and everything seemed to be fine. I then started receiving calls from my bank that my checking account was overdrawn and when I was going to get it caught up, they explained that my account had been debited by PayPal for {$100.00} on XX/XX/XXXX and again XX/XX/XXXX. I found this to be extremely strange since the credit card I had used to pay for the item was debited without issue, and all my checking accounts connected to PayPal are used strictly for depositing only, while my credit cards are marked as my preferred way to pay. Then on XX/XX/XXXX I paid my XXXX bill of {$50.00} with my credit card and my checking account was again debited on XX/XX/XXXX for the same amount. I called PayPal on XX/XX/XXXX to complain and was met with an expletive laden string of verbal abuse after patiently waiting 35 minutes for assistance. Since I received no help, I decided to remove my bank accounts from the PayPal platform but it didn't seem to work because I was billed again today, XX/XX/XXXX, for the same transaction again. From just these four overdrafts ( $ XXXX/ea ) alone, PayPal is directly responsible for {$130.00} in damages to me. In addition, on XX/XX/XXXX I received an unsolicited payment from an XXXX buyer for an order which the buyer had originally cancelled but then later paid for after I had already sold to the next bidder, I refunded the payment but PayPal decided to steal {$23.00} for a " service fee '' and will not give it back even though they provided me no service. To sum it up, PayPal owes me {$150.00} and will not do anything to help.

So I had email Venmo again on my own, but they told me different things and say that Venmo will not be able to release those funds to me then I also had filed a complaint with CFPB again on XX/XX/2020 and I received feedback from Venmo and they told me the different thing saying that " we reviewed your Account again and determined our decision would not be changed. Between XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX, 2020, you received three payments, which resulted in a loss for Venmo in the total amount of {$2000.00}. Accordingly, the funds from your balance will be removed to cover the loss caused by these payments. As a result, we are declining your request to access your Account balance. '' again from the first time promised me I would able to withdrawal my money on XXXX XXXX I had attached a file about what escalations officers email me saying my funds will be available in XXXX under this email for the proof and an email from Venmo on XX/XX/2020, saying that Venmo will not be able to release those funds to me. Consumer Complaint: I received payment for an item that I sold on XXXX via Paypal on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$180.00}. I shipped the item out and it was delivered on XX/XX/XXXX. The USPS has an issue with their tracking and it provided an additional status update that indicates that the item is in transit after it was already delivered. Paypal is refusing to release the payment until the item is marked as delivered. I contacted the USPS and they provided me a letter indicating the status showing on their system is an error, it will change, and the item was in fact delivered. This letter was provided to PayPal and they acknowledged it yet refuse to release the funds. The PayPal Transaction ID is XXXX
