Consumer Complaint: I have openned a XXXX Paypal Account and received funds form our sales from XXXX website. email : XXXX XXXX NAME : XXXX XXXX Paypal receive these funds {$47000.00} USD and they are not allowing me to withdral my bank account from XXXX XXXX to this paypal account ( they are always showing same error message : there is an error, please contact support. ) Also they are asking me to create an ITIN number in order to let me move these funds to other paypal account. I have applied to an ITIN in USA IRS 5 months ago ( but so far didn't got my number ). So these funds are locked inside paypal. So this is not fair. If they are not allowing me to withdrawal these fund ( because I didn't have ITIN so far ) why they allowed these funds to be deposited in this account in first place? I have a bank account but I am not able to link this account at their system. So I would like to ask to receive these funds by a Wire Transfer or they allow me to transfer funds to a different paypal account.

Consumer Complaint: I tried removing cards from XXXX and paypal prior to them being charged and they refuse. There were unexpected errors on the account when i tried to sell and cancel the listings. Because XXXX and paypal do not provide phone support when calling to challenge these errors. It refers me to online. Online it is saying error, when accessing the account for the past month or so. I can not actively dispute fraudalent XXXX transaction and sellers fees because of such. This is a unique issue but yet another request as well to not charge my account and to actually provide phone support. It is my opinion XXXX, paypal have passed judgement on me unjustly bc of this glitch and intentionally frauded my account by not allowing me to respond to time sensative cases. Resulting in loss of monies and unjust obstruction both civil and criminal offenses as a servicer. Please assist and do not allow ebay or paypal to continue to rob and smear me bc of lack of required support. Also remove them from the file. Provide a written response to all the concerns and a supervisors phone number to discuss with going fwd if error are made. Please provide a refund of anything above if already charged. Please provide clear phone support and allow me to address, reopen the other disputes as explained i was denied this bc of a technial glitch and niether company offering phone support bc of covid19. Shame on you both, I am a shareholder as well in these companies. Please remedy the above incrued fees asap and refund if they were charged bc of the fraudalent servicing as explained.

Consumer Complaint: My complaint is against Venmo. I have my checking account -and debit card attached to my checking account- with Venmo. I opened my Venmo account at the end of last year so I could make payments to my XXXX sports coach. Only yesterday was I alerted I had been sending payment to the wrong account. The wrong account holder, which has a very similar name to the coach, knew the money was not fir him since I would write a personal note with each payment. I contacted Venmo customer service and spent hours in chats being given the runaround, being told conflicting information and finally, after my demand for payment from the fraudster was denied, Venmo essentially told me I was on my own. The total amount is {$120.00}. Venmo said they will supposedly reverse the first {$25.00} payment so it should be {$100.00}. I have screenshots of the transactions.

Paypal had promised me to add {$5.00} to my account within a week if I download the PayPal application for my phone and log into my account using the application. The terms and conditions of the offer are attached. As of today, XX/XX/XXXX, 13 days after PayPal had promised to deliver me {$5.00} within a week, I have not received {$5.00} from PayPal. PayPal is engaged in misleading advertisement practices and does not fulfill its promises.

I had used this account to receive unemployment without issue for nearly 2 months but when 6 weeks of back pay was deposited I was permanently locked out of my account and told I had to wait 180 days before they decided I would get access to my funds.
