I do have a lot of International XXXX from different countries Nd i giving them assistance and XXXX them and getting paid from them on hourly basis so i got the paypal as the best and safest method for sending and receiving money. As I was a new user i didn't know about Paypal acceptable use if policy and they hold my {$420.00} XXXX Dollars for 180 days on XXXX XXXX, XXXX without any warning and Emailed that they don't longer want my business with paypal and i can not use it anymore. Even i referred Paypal to many students to pay me on this platform. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX I got paid from student around {$110.00} USD as friends and family and did dispute after that. I don't know why he did that and he blocked me and paypal took payment from me give him back and the total payment was of around {$300.00} USD and the student oaid me in 3 payments from different paypal accounts and after taking help he disputed all payments and paypal closed my account. It's only in sender hands whether they would like to oay as friends and family or with goods and services so what's my fault as he sent payment as friends and family and did dispute and i being a new user paypal screwed me up and closed my account and hold my payment and not even responding me. I am suffering a lot of headache and issues.

Consumer Complaint: At XXXXXXXX XXXX EST, I received an email from Paypal saying I am no longer eligible for funds. In the email they said : " We've made this change to protect your account and to keep the PayPal community safe for buyers and sellers. We'll let you know if your account becomes eligible for Funds Now again. You can learn more about why your money from sales might be placed on hold and what you can do. '' 7 minutes later, I get an email being told I can no longer do business with Paypal even though today, I used it for XXXX, XXXX eats for food, making purchase on phone, and receiving fund from a fund. They claim unauthorized activities that I have NEVER participated in, unless they consider buying food and XXXX trips as gambling. I called for representative and they wouldn't tell me what caused the ban out of nowhere and they were so rude and crass about how these funds, which I use for food, I no longer have access to. I have never in my life experience such a horrible experience with Paypal. I have been a loyal customer for several years and took great care to abide by terms of service. I have used my account to raise money before, by doing paypal pools or linking my paypal.me which people used to send money when the paypal pool link wasn't working. I have {$7700.00} that is currently on hold that Paypal is preventing me to having access to said funds. I am very upset and frustrated and I have no problem showing all my transaction history.

I have contacted them by live chat and also by call, but they are not providing any explanation on what went wrong so my account is being closed. All the documents provided are legit ( ID proof and Bank details ), also I'm ready to provide further documents if required. They are not cooperative and supportive in order to solve this issue and get back my account.
