Consumer Complaint: I filed/opened a claim with www.paypal.com for a merchant/seller/company ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) sending me a damaged product.I ordered the XXXX and a carrying bag.The total was $ XXXX.I sent several pictures for proof to the seller and paypal that the XXXX arrived damaged.I also asked the seller and paypal if I could just send the XXXX back for a refund and paypal refused to help me for the first time in the many years I have been a customer.Paypal said they need this complaint filed to validate the transaction/claim to move forward with my claim which they have never ever done and is highly suspicious behavior from paypal.I am asking {$52.00} refunded back to me please.

Consumer Complaint: Ok on XXXX I received my taxes on PayPal then I sent XXXX To my wife 's PayPal account then the same day I withdrew XXXX XXXX .Then I recieved a email saying that I had to verify my information and I sent my driver 's license to them complied with all their requests. So the tell me I can get my funds in XXXX XXXX So that sunday they sent me a email stating that I can no longer use pay pal and I have to wait 180 days to get my money. I used the XXXX XXXX to buy my wife a car I've never committed any type of fraud or suspicious behavior. This was me and my family 's stimulus money from the government and they have really put me and my family in a hard place. I've called them and sent appeal letter I really need your help theres no way by law they can hold our money that long. We had not got any money for stimulus during this whole pandemic till XXXX. Consumer Complaint: PayPal blocked my account for no reason and will not help me with getting it back. It has to be a mistake since I didn't violate any of their rules. I have not been able to get help from them. They simply won't tell me what the reason is, they don't reply to emails and they are holding my money. I'm filing this complain because I feel they are not doing their job properly and it is affecting me. I have been a costumer for more than 12 years and for no reason they are treating me like that. Consumer Complaint: I recently received a XXXX loan and had it deposited into my PayPal account. XXXX PayPal decides as soon as my XXXX draw deposits into my PayPal account PayPal locks my account and is withholding my funds for XXXX days. This loan has a time limit to be spent unless u will have to repay the loan which I expected to be XXXX percent forgiven. PayPal will give me no explanation as to why my account was closed and why hold my funds. If anyone would take the time and actually look into my account they would see there are no more transaction people would want refunds beings thats why they are holding the funds.

Consumer Complaint: I am asking that you address the issue with PayPal and assist me in getting my money back that PayPal illegally froze and kept without explanation. They charged XXXX? To an outside pay card for a subscription that I was in jail when this subscription was started. How do I start a subscription in jail? Additionally, how are they charging my card in 2021? When it's been over a year, and they never charged me any time during that year and then out of the blue they charged me XXXX? So why did they not charge me all year? They froze both accounts and gave no legal reason as to why they froze them. However, they took their fee and if they took their fee they acknowledged the legality of the transaction correct? So the XXXX XXXX dollars they processed as a payment from a service I provided to a customer. For them to charge the free was XXXX dollars? Something like that, but they didn't report the payment as an error the gentleman who called me tried to say that he felt the payment was incorrect and that I should explain to him or admit that it was illegal. It was not illegal and if it is not illegal then why freeze my payment and then my accounts? So could I please get your help in returning my money? They refused to reopen my money and the customer service representative refused to provide an identification number that would allow you all to address this issue directly. There is another payment XXXX dollars that was charged for a subscription that was cancelled and the card should not have even been on the subscription. So why charge me XXXX dollars for a cancelled subscription with a card I never used for that subscription and then they sent the XXXX contacts to XXXX where I no longer stay. The XXXX dollar subscription I never signed up for and was in jail. So that was illegal and all the money they took for that what is that? Also there is the issue with the PayPal credit card that was used in XXXX Florida at wood you furniture. So what happened with that? I reported it to PayPal and they started that I couldn't get the card cancelled and I couldn't use the credit but it was on my credit report so someone fraudulently used my name to steal credit or money. I been dealing with the identity theft for all of my life and most recently in the last three years I felt the effects brutally.

Subissue: Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement

Consumer Complaint: XXXX I paid {$290.00} and at that time the available credit was {$6000.00} of {$6000.00}. I haven't used the card since and I'm travelling and I can't find it in my stack of cards. Some of the other cards have unauthorized charges on them as well. I don't know what the balance is now as I can't log in to paypal so I don't know what the damage is but I'm tired of worrying about this and I want it replaced and my credit report back to perfect.
