Consumer Complaint: I have a PayPal account. I am on vacation and have a business back home. I had some unexpected expenses arise and had my employee send the daily deposits to me instead of putting them in the safe. Did not want anyone having my company banking information. So I go to transfer the money to my personal account and get a message that my transaction can not be processed at this time. This was over a week ago. I called the customer service line and was told that they had put a hold on the account for suspicious activity because I hardly ever use this account and that the funds would be released in 72 hours. 72 hours later try to transfer said funds again and get the same message. Call back to the customer service center get told the same thing when asked to speak to a supervisor was told that they couldnt help me either. I am stuck down in XXXX I am from XXXX and I have a busted cv axle in my car that I need repaired. I have to pay extra funds to stay at the hotel because I cant drive my car and now am going to be forced to sleep in my broke down car because they wont release my funds that were deposited in cash for me to get my car fixed. They did not have any sympathy or any explanation all I want is my money so that I can go home

They advised me the 180 days was not even needed anymore and there back office will review it. I was done so I said I want my money now PayPal said sue them unbelievable.
