Consumer Complaint: PayPal closed my account with a very vague explanation and will not help me with getting it back up and going. On numerous occasions I have called and have been told many different things : If you are just creating a money pool with other bloggers I dont see an issue If there is an issue we will send an email with steps to restore your account to good standing The activity is high risk according to account management and when they take a closer look at your account you will no longer be able to do business with PayPal. This goes for any other accounts with similar information so I advise you to find a different payment method. I have not been able to get help from them for months and I want to be able to continue to use their services. I just remembered I could file a report on here as I feel they are not doing their part to resolve this amicably and it is effecting me a great deal as I have used PayPal quite frequently for more than a decade. A debit was placed by PayPal on my account for entire amount. {$3700.00}. The transaction states payment to PayPal ; PayPal damages caused by acceptable use policy. This a fraudulent scheme in an attempt to steal funds belonging to me. I am needing a full refund ASAP. My 180 days is up. Time being of the essence.

Consumer Complaint: Dear CFPB, PayPal closed my account for no reason and will not help me with getting it back up and going. Two days ago, everything was going well in PayPal, but this morning when I opened PayPal, there was a notification that you are no longer a PayPal user. PayPal also asked us for some documents on XXXX XXXX and then we gave them the requested documents to resolve the issue of the account. And they told us to review it in 3 days but then they didn't get any mail. We thought everything would be fine. But over the next few days, they permanently limited my PayPal account. We did not withdraw a single amount. We were thinking that we would get the money in a few days and then pay the bill of the product supplier but that didn't happen. All our money is stuck in PayPal. Don't understand what to do. This has had a huge impact on our buisness. If we don't pay our product supplier, he will stop our work and from above he can also make a case against us.So we are going to have a lot of consequences due to this issue. I'm not saying anything else but PayPal just didn't want to do that without letting us know. We are in a lot of trouble. Please help us CFPB. Thankyou CFPB.

Consumer Complaint: PayPal closed my account as of XX/XX/2021. They have since not been helpful with getting my account unfrozen and delaying my withdrawing. They are asking 180 days for me to withdraw my money from my account. I have sent them pictures of the item that I sold which is a Gpu ( computer part ) and is retailed at {$2400.00} and sold it on XXXX for {$3900.00} as this computer part is very very hard to get. After fees I have {$3700.00} in my PayPal account. My reason for this complaint is that I need my account restored and be able to transfer the money from my PayPal account tp my bank account.
