Consumer Complaint: On or about XX/XX/21 i recieved an email from PayPal saying that my account is now restricted and i dont have access to my funds or use the account anymore for violating their term of service. I reached out to the company and found out that they think i am associated with someone who used their service for gambling purpose. I do not use the account for that purpose. I did not know that you can be guilty by association. I do not think that association is part of their terms of service. In addition, i honestly do not even know who i am " associated '' with that cause this. My account conducta business with a plethora of people so there is no way for me to vet any " associations ''.
