I was told by Venmo customer service that the reason my dispute was denied was because they stated they seen the transactions that ARE unauthorized were made more than once at the same merchant etc. I again did not make any of said transactions and need my money back that is MINE.

It has been over 180 days and PayPal will not email me back theyre message center always says try back durning business hours even though it is well within business hours. I have called and been placed on hold for over an hour and then hung up on. All I want is my balance sent to my bank and then be done with PayPal forever this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever been through for my money.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021, I purchased a watch from XXXX. The item was sent with signature required delivery but was never delivered to me and no signature was obtained. I tried multiple times to dispute with XXXX but was not getting an answer. I disputed the amount with PayPal, but they did not properly review the evidence and denied my case. I had to further pursue action by disputing the amount with my credit card. They also falsely denied my claim and recharged my credit card on XX/XX/2021. PayPal has received the money from my credit card. The seller eventually admitted the mistake on XX/XX/XXXX and tried to refund me but PayPal still had my chargeback open. On XX/XX/XXXX, PayPal also deducted the amount from the seller ( I thought this was the seller refunding me ) on transaction XXXX. As of this moment, PayPal has both my money and deducted the amount from the seller.

I was able to take my money out of the one that is XXXX but now Im unable to close the account. I want it to be closed but they say its limited. XXXX is the one that has money it it and it is still being blocked. And limited way after the 180 days have been up. They are blocking every attempt I make to withdraw my funds and close my account. I want nothing to do with paypal and for some reason I can not do anything not even log into my account anymore. Why are they forcing me to keep accounts open and refusing to close them. And why am I still not able to receive my funds i just want my accounts CLOSED not permanently limited I need them CLOSED and my money withdrawn. They block all my purchase attempts.

Consumer Complaint: I bought several different crypto currencies from paypal. I had a seller and buyers dispute that I filed a complaint about during covid19 because paypal and XXXX had poor customer service. Specifically during this period there was no telephone support. I filed XXXX and cfpb complaints to get answers. Paypal got angry and retaliated by advising they would be closing my accounts. Additionally they said I can not use paypal. They refuse to refund me my cryptocurrencies that have since increased in value. I am pretty sure both cancelling my account and holding the cryptocurrencies is illegal. I also did not receive any tax documents from paypal for this yet and is also illegal for them to do. Please assist me in holding paypal accountable for the held cryptocurrency issue. I had cryptocurrency for both my business account under email XXXX and my personal email : XXXX. they allow seperate accounts for each. They close all these accounts and another personal account XXXX. i expect a list of all cryptocurrency transactions mailed to me for taxation purposes. I also want the company to give me back my cryptocurrency holdings on all accounts.

It's over XXXX I need this money to pay for labor material and taxes associated with work. They already took XXXX percent from me, now I have to wait a month to get it. This is criminal behavior, I would like XXXX percent back and some because I believe this unauthorized loan is worth more than that. They don't even tell you they gon na take XXXX percent. They just take your money then " borrow the rest '' interest free without the consumer 's permission.
