Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I ordered some products from XXXX XXXX. Four shirts, two earrings, two pairs of shoes, two pairs of earrings and a headband. They couldn't fulfill one of the shirts so they refunded it. When I got the package there was only one item in there... Pair of shoes. I emailed XXXX XXXX and they said they would refund it and I opened a dispute with PayPal. PayPal is making it very difficult to get my money back, Even though the company said they would refund me. I sent PayPal all the information including the email. PayPal asked me to file a dispute with either the police department or the Iowa attorney general. I filed it with the Iowa attorney general and sent them the information. Still have yet to receive my refund even though I explained to them. I need the money. I needed clothes and I need the refund in order to do that for the stuff I didn't receive. I have a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and they don't care!

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I bought 1 ticket to a concert from XXXX XXXX XXXX, using my Paypal credit card. At the ticket counter i could not produce a barcode from the XXXX XXXX so i could not enter the venue. The director of Ticketing said that that XXXX did not buy any tickets for the venue for the concert. she also said that scalping tickets " real or otherwise '' is illegal in Florida. The XXXX tickets were bogus and I demanded a refund from Paypal. After contacting XXXX they denied my claim to have the ticket cost refunded to me. I had to buy a ticket at the ticket gate to enter the venue. Please contact Paypal as to why they denied my claim. I have attached a signed letter from the director of ticketing at the venue with a copy of the actual ticket I bought to enter the venue. Thank you- XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I used Venmo mobile app to make a payment of {$1000.00}. The balance of my Venmo account was sufficient to cover this payment. Venmo made the payment of {$1000.00} using the money in my Venmo balance but then made 2 attempts to debit {$1000.00} from my linked bank account resulting in a {$30.00} insufficient funds charge each time. I contacted Venmo and they stated I could NOT use my Venmo balance to make payments which is why they twice attempted to take funds from my linked bank account. I pointed out that Venmo HAD used my Venmo balance to make the payment but then still kept attempting to charge the same amount from my bank account. The Venmo representative stated that additional verification would be required to be able to pay with funds in my Venmo account and directed me to the additional verification setting in the Venmo App. The additional verification page only had a statement saying that the additional verification would help improve security but had no mention that it was required to use my Venmo balance to make payments. Venmo has deceptively structured their system so that money paid in goes to their own Venmo account instead of being automatically deposited into the linked account but money paid out is automatically taken from the linked bank account instead of being paid from the customer, s Venmo account balance. Additionally, they have purposely denied the ability for a customer to use funds in their Venmo account during initial customer setup and hidden the setting in their app behind a setting that only has a description of providing additional security.

Consumer Complaint: After PayPal changed its terms of service, I immediately tried to close my account. I tried multiple times, but they continue to provide the message of " Sorry, there's a problem. If you keep seeing this, please contact customer service. ". I then contacted customer service multiple times but its actually just a bot. The customer service chat said that " there are zero issues '' with your account. So if there are no issues, why will they not let me close my account?

Consumer Complaint: I called up PayPal yesterday to cancel my account and they told me I had to cancel my credit card with them first. I followed up with that call and received a confirmation text stating that I cancelled my card. I proceeded to close my PayPal account and they wont allow me to do it. Im so frustrated and was waiting online and on the phone for an hour. Thank you.
