Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XX/XX/2022, I ordered XXXX trees from XXXX and received no verification of order from the company. However, as the only means of payment through the company, my credit card through PayPal was charged {$60.00} payable to a completely different compnay called XXXX XXXX XXXX with no order details, and I did not receive a confirmation of my order from XXXX. I filed a claim with PayPal for refund but it was denied based on their so-called investigation which stated that trees were delivered on XXXX XX/XX/2022. The trees were not delivered to me at my address. The FedEx delivery tracking number shows no name and no address and the photo of the delivery address is the back door of someone else 's house. I checked with FedEx and my name is not associated with the tracking number. Furthermore, the FedEx tracking number references XXXX items, not XXXX, described as " XXXX inch XXXX metal garden '' and the boxes with " XXXX '' logos in the picture certainly do not contain trees.

Consumer Complaint: My issue is with paypal. I sell items online, specifically in this instance it was on XXXX, First all of my listings are no refund no return all sales final clearly stated on every listing. Someone bought a pair of shoes from me and after shipping said that they wanted to cancel the order. I replied to them immediately and informed them of my stores policy and did not hear back, then XXXX weeks after delivery they contacted whatever financial institution they used to purchase the shoes and fraudulently claimed that I said they would receive a refund which is a complete lie but paypal released the funds to them even though I have undeniable proof the buyer was committing fraud. I also had a representative from XXXX contact paypal and confirm the situation and XXXX also confirmed that the buyer was lying and have since banned them from using the XXXX site. Paypal has not returned the funds that they allowed to be fraudulently taken and the buyer kept the shoes as well and paypal charged me for them investigating the fraud that they allowed, bringing my financial loses to almost XXXX XXXX I have full evidence that fraud was committed and paypal went along with it. criminal charges need to be brought against paypal, the buyers card issuer and the buyer himself. This is theft, bank fraud and cyber crime

On XX/XX/2022, at XXXX XXXX, I received an email from PayPal, with the title " You can no longer do business with PayPal ( Ref ID - XXXX ) '' and there was no in-depth explanation why. On XX/XX/2022, at XXXX XXXX, I emailed XXXX to inquire about the reason and seek help. No response was made for this attempt. On XX/XX/2022, at XXXX XXXX I emailed XXXX again with more explanation on my side, hoping that someone can reply. No response was made for this attempt. On XX/XX/2022, at XXXX XXXX, I emailed XXXX again with more explanation on my side, hoping that someone can reply. This time I received an automated reply, but no other than that. All of my attempts to contact PayPal regarding my PayPal account were met with unhelpful responses. XXXX, CFPB can help escalate this issue to PayPal, I really hope to get my accounts back and continue my relationship as a customer with PayPal Inc. I have been nothing but respectful toward the company and would really appreciate it if they can resolve this issue. I will attach as many documents as possible ( my attempts to contact the company through emails ) I appreciate all the help and response I could get, thank you very much.
