Consumer Complaint: the parameters i chose as the problem im facing are close, but not the actual problem, i started my retirement, direct deposits were made into an account that the last 2 numbers were somehow switched, my acct. is XXXX, the deposits went into XXXX soc. sec. requested the money back, then was told the treasury had to request it returned. we did that, and the bank is giving me the run around still. 1st deposit was XXXX on XXXX. then, another XXXX, approx. 10 days later.. social security has started charging me the money as an overpayment. i filed an appeal, but theyre taking the money out of my monthly checks anyhow. ive tried, probably 30 times total to get them to return it, or now, actually, since social security has been charging me as an overpayment, i feel it should go to my account, since ive not had the benifit of having those lump sums at my disposal. its a paypal account, a division of XXXX. ive lost a vehicle while waiting for this money to be available in my account back in XXXX. i would appreciate any help, they-paypal- definately know of the situation, i asked if they were discriminating against me, or if they wer just having fun because of my age, a woman - XXXX XXXX-, said that the tools she had werent giving her option to basically give me the money, and said that social security would have to request it back. weve already requested that, and nothing was done, social security isnt doing anything about it, other than taking money out of my monthly check as though its been paid to me already. someone or somehow the last numbers of my account got switched, i dont know how, i ' copy and pasted " the account and routing numbers into the form online that i had to fill out for where my payments were to go, there was no mistake on my part, and if you were to read about all the safeguards paypal has in place, to protect my money, they shouldnt have even accepted the deposits in the first place, per their own words, as the information obviously wasnt correct.the numbers of my account, the last 2 numbers were wrong.switched. this application had said to not use any personal information, none the less, with my name, paypal can see the account, like i said, they definately know of this whole situation, ,but they just arent- wont do anything about it. its almost infantile how they want to pass it off to soc.security, soc. security blames paypal. meanwhile ive paid XXXX to social security on money i didnt get, havent had in my posession, at all.

Consumer Complaint: Good day maam/sir, I am writing this letter to Complaint The Paypal Company Regarding my wallet account that they are permanently banned my wallet.I can't recieved and send money anymore. I wonder what violation i committed since all my transactions were came from my XXXX client. I received email came from them like this Specifically, unapproved activities involving gambling, gaming and/or other activity with an entry fee and a prize. This includes, but isn't limited to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX lottery tickets, games of skill, sweepstakes, and other ventures that facilitate gambling. I never do that since i am a XXXX May be they were mistaken of this action that they've done. I have balance in my paypal wallet worth XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX came from my clients. Consumer Complaint: My PayPal account was permanently restricted without any explanation, and I am unable to receive assistance from the customer support staff despite their best efforts. I have previously responded with all of the requested information in accordance with what the PayPal team required. However, they are not willing to give any assistance to me and have abruptly canceled my account while also freezing my funds for a period of one hundred and eighty days. I am aware of how critical it is to do timely account reviews in order to maintain PayPal 's status as a secure environment for consumers as well as merchants that use the platform. Because I am quite familiar with PayPal 's guidelines and regulations, I always do my job in good faith and adhere to all of the company 's policies and user agreements, just as I did when I first signed up for the account and promised to do so. My PayPal account was temporarily restricted, but I did not violate any of the user agreements or do anything else that may have led to the account being permanently restricted. I have not been responsible for any inappropriate behavior. I would want to make a formal request to PayPal that they reopen their investigation into this incident and assist me in regaining access to my account. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I sent XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX on PayPal. They said in order for them to ship my item I had to wait until the money was no longer on hold by PayPal since I paid using PayPal good and services. Days passed and I had no updates so ever about my item and the shipment status. Several days after I bought a friend of mine contacted me to tell me that person was a well known scammer and that they have been doing this for a long time. I asked the seller for a refund and they said that the money was already in their bank account and that PayPal couldnt do anything. Of course I immediately made a PayPal case, but PayPal quickly closed it. Then as a second option I called my bank and submitted a report for this transaction, but it has been over 10 days and I havent gotten any update from my bank what so ever other that they have cancelled my visa without my permission. The visa registered on my PayPal and which I used to paid the seller has been cancelled by my bank. Yesterday I spoke to the seller AGAIN after exposing them for scamming me and hundreds of people. Their response was thousands of posts and I still keep scamming. Many people have exposed them as a scammer since last year, but unfortunately PayPal has not closed their accounts so they just let them do this fraud. I have included here pictures of the PayPal transaction as well as the conversation with the seller. Thank you so much
