Consumer Complaint: Hello, this matter is in reference to case number XXXX XXXX I was contacted by XXXX from PayPal stating " we won't be able to refund the payment or close the case in your favor because the item was delivered to the same address we have on the shipping details, signed by XXXX XXXX ''. I never stated that the package " wasn't delivered ''. I stated I never received the package ''. The item was indeed delivered but left outside of my screen door, which I have attached a picture to this message. However, the XXXX left the package in an area making it easier for anyone to walk pass my house and take it. The XXXX also did not ring the doorbell, nor did the XXXX knock on the dooras I was home all day. When I finally did track the package and seen that it was delivered, the package was no longer outside of my door. I have contacted the seller on multiple occasions about this issue, and no help was provided. Ive also contacted XXXX and was not able to file for a missing/lost package. PayPal insist that I file a dispute with my financial institution, however, the transaction was placed through my PayPal account using my PayPal balance. Ive been trying to get this issue resolved through PayPal since XX/XX/XXXX of 2022 and still its ongoing. I would like to be refunded for this transaction, as Ive never received the package and this issue settled. Thank you!

Consumer Complaint: PayPal Emailed me that my account was permanently limited this is the reference ID ( Ref ID - XXXX ) the email says that After a review, PayPal decided to permanently limit my account as PayPal found potential risk associated with it. for me its not fair that they banned my account due to potential risk because my account is fully verified and I don't have any disputes in the account and about funds I'm not receiving yet big funds and if ever I receive big funds in the future for me its okay because my business account is fully verified and i have a website which payments came from, and I also complete all the documents needed in my website like proof of business registration and address, that's all legit even you search it to the website in the business registration input the business name and number so you can see that the documents that i send was legit and true.I think PayPal did wrong to this decision, I thinks its their auto system that decides the decision not the support or the executive person., the email was auto generated., I want to become an established seller in the platform that's why I'm very careful in my account like I only log in in one Pc and one browser from the first time I use it, PayPal know that., I think PayPal did wrong their decision., I want to make this things clearly and restored my account

Consumer Complaint: I am filing this complaint on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX. Paypal seems to be reluctant in paying XXXX XXXX to their alleged valued customers. As you will see from this video first I disputed XXXX ATM charges and then I looked in the XXXX XXXX XXXXnd neither of the XXXX transactions were listed. I think that it is really ridiculous when a company of the magnitude of PayPal would stoop to such lowly ways and means as to XXXX a long time customer out of only {$800.00} since XX/XX/2000 and many accounts that date back before that even. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR UPLOAD FOR VIDEOS HAS MYSTERIOUSLY QUIT WORKING AGAIN EVEN THOUGH IT WAS FIXED AND I DID UPLOAD VIDEOS IN PAST COMPLAINTS.
