I know the rules of paypal and i don't do any violation. I'm a freelancer that doing a remote task with my customers. This business account i used to accept payments from my customers. In XXXX of XXXX I worked with PayPal. Not PayPal MasterCard as they have offered no help. PayPal determined my account was hacked, multiple payment transactions and requests in XXXX of XXXX and early XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX {$180.00} XX/XX/XXXX - {$100.00} XX/XX/XXXX XXXX {$77.00} And others were made from and to this email address. XXXX. From this PayPal MasterCard PayPal reversed them due to finding them being of fraud. I spoke with PayPal MasterCard in/around XXXX XXXX and was informed that payments had been made to this account from a debit card ending in XXXX. This does not nor has not ever belong to my husband or myself. PayPal MasterCard refused to look into the ownership of the card or account that made these payments. PayPal MasterCard was provided this email address and within less that 24 business hours after being provided with it closed a fraud case not even investigating this email address. Ive never provided identification such as a copy/photo of my id, social security card etc to prove that I even applied for this account

Consumer Complaint: I am filing this complaint against Paypal because I believe that they are retaliating against me for disputing an alleged debt. I asked them to validate an alleged debt. I also made them aware that in addition, under 15 U.S. Code 1681 a ( 2 ) a ( 1 ), late payment reporting is a violation. They are transactions and experiences between me, the consumer, and XXXX and should be excluded from my credit report. They have since limited access to my Paypal account. They are deceptively pretending to give me an option to resolve the issue by changing my password, but the website will not permit me to change the password, which prevents me from accessing my funds. This is retaliatory behavior, when they are in the wrong.

Consumer Complaint: I have been using Paypal to receive payments for my online business. On XX/XX/2022 I receive payment from my online business but paypal hold my first payment. I then got a notice that Paypal is requesting for my verification details. I glady provided the files and all was fine until on the same day I get notified that my account has been permanently limited ( Ref ID - XXXX ). I immediately contacted the executive office and was told that one of the accounts I used to make payments and they linked to me had a limitation hence why I was also banned. I feel this was not fair on my part as I can not have controlled over how other people use their Paypal account. I really want my account back.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2023 I received a payment of {$100.00} from my boyfriend through Venmo and when I try to transfer the funds to my account it told me that I was unable to do so this is the second time with this Venmo app. Ive tried reaching out to customer service. I have not gotten any responses. I let them know that this is {$100.00} that I needed to use for my child and I and their insensitivity and unwillingness to help was very suspicious to me. I have yet to receive a response the first time this happened. It was {$150.00} and now that its {$100.00} now Im having an issue and before he would send me money we never had any issues but now that hes been constantly sending me money of the amount of just no more than {$150.00}. They are freezing my account not responding to any of my messages or my inquiries. I am a single mother who is doing her best these apps specifically Venmo is fraudulent.
