Consumer Complaint: XXXX. Paypal holds money randomly for no apparent reason and is misrepresenting my credit situation which is worrying me that it will affect my credit that I have been working hard at rebuilding. XXXX. I was stuck in another state when my sister sent me money ( {$150.00} ) through Paypal. For no apparent reason, and she has sent me money before through XXXX, when they held it, stating that it would not be available for like 72 hours. I had to sleep in my car as I was stranded in another state ; and, despite numerous communications, Customer Service did not help me, telling me to stay near my phone. Mind you, that was becoming uncharged from me sleeping in my car. XXXX. I have been using Paypal 's Pay in 4 option for some time ; and, all of a sudden, it is no longer available to me. That is not the issue though. Paypal sent me several decisions, indicating that fraudulent activity is tied to my Pay in 4 and that I have late/NSF payments XXXX All of which is false. I have no fraudulent activity tied to my account and I pay my payments EARLY always. These misreprentations ( and, outright lies ) can affect my credit. XXXX. I call Customer Service and all I get is that it is an automated process ... Their response from a manual or something, and they never correct the errors, only telling me that there are no restrictions on my account or problems with my account. However, they send decisions with totally FALSE information. XXXX. Customer Service does not have a good handle on the english language, and does not understand what is being said to them. XXXX. It is interesting that Paypal always finds a way to get their fees. They do not put " holds '' or ask for extra documentation when it comes to them getting their fees. I But, put " holds '' on my money, ask for extra documentation, and give decisions with INACCURATE INFORMATION. XXXX. I have looked on the Paypal forums and this seems to be Paypal 's standard practice. Their is clearly some sort of computer " glitch '' XXXX n addition, they advise they do not have access to the decisions, which is very odd. I have repeatedly forwarded them to them though. XXXX.They let false invoices get sent to me routinely that I always forward to their phishig department, but for ones I generate that are real give me issues and when it is my money give me issues.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I sold a saddle for {$840.00} to a lady XXXX XXXX in Nevada. She wanted to send the money through Venmo. She did it but checked business instead of a friend 's and family transaction. They froze the XXXX and sent an email saying that XXXX, a person I don't know, had to pay XXXX more to them to convert my account to a business account, then I had to prove I sent a refund to her. We did all that. I sent them the screen shot. They said no problem but never released the money. They now havev {$840.00} and XXXX {$400.00} payments. They then say they want {$500.00} more and now they want XXXX more. My checking account is over drawn. They have XXXX of my money and I never owed them a XXXX to start with. My car payment is short. I am a XXXX widow veteran and they are holding my money and life XXXX. I can't take out a loan and it's not like they are going to release my funds.i will try to attach all the emails.

Consumer Complaint: I loaded money into a Venmo account. The phone associated with the account I use to load the Venmo account was stolen. Someone used that phone to transfer my money out of my account. As soon as I caught this I contacted Venmo. They allowed one transaction after the other to go on and never said the first thing. Most of the money was gone by the time I realized it. They gave me a credit for my money back. Then they froze my account. I just received a email from them saying they would not be responding to any more emails from me. They have almost {$900.00} of my money how can they refuse to speak with me. They won't let me transfer the money and they won't tell me when I may know something. I need my money

All the evidence was reported, different device, different location, vpn conection, different phone number, different address, all card and bank financial, all the information was added to the case and they is still declined without made a good review. i want executive check my case and help me with this problem. my email is XXXX This is the Case update : XXXX The client reports unauthorized access and transactions. The email XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX does not belong to the client. This email was added without authorization of the client. The terminal bank account XXXX XXXX does not belong to the client and the transactions and withdrawals were not authorized by the client. There is a risk associated with these unauthorized transactions because they were made from a different device. You can also determine access to the account from different places and countries. The connections associated with access to the account were made through VPN CONNECTIONS and the IPs are very different. Other changes that the client did not authorize was, The client 's personal information was changed, such as address, telephone and financial products. All these changes were not authorized by the customer. Please help the customer to get a refund. At this point, I have already helped the client to regain access to his account and now he needs to obtain a refund for the unauthorized transactions. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, I turned on my TV and opened up my XXXX streaming app on I was instructed to sign up or log in by my computer and when I clicked log in I was given a code to put in. When I put in the code I was notified thatI would be helped by a XXXX agent to fix my problem. I being an older person believed I was being helped by an acutal contract agent of XXXX I allowed them access to my computer to fix my probem. Then I was coerced to accept a plan that doesn't exist. If you need authentication, I can provide that, and up to now, in the past 3 years, I have only appealed 3 times, but I did file a complaint because the item was faulty and not received, 1 successful, 2 failed, The two times I failed I bought from XXXX, which is a second-hand trading site, but I was scammed by the seller Case ID XXXX, The seller sent me a fake, I submitted evidence, and you agreed to return the product, but you did not give me the return address, and I contacted the seller without any reply, and there is no entry on the appeal page to contact you, I can only fill in the tracking number and then send a message, but you did not reply, the case was closed, and the appeal failed. I just want to know the return address. I did not submit an invalid tracking number on purpose. Case ID XXXX, I bought a piece of XXXX clothes. The seller told me that he is also in OR state, and we can trade face to face, but for safety reasons, I asked him use XXXX to send, but it has not been delivered. Consumer Complaint: I have used 2 PayPal personal accounts to purchase certain online services and content, to receive a reimbursement from my workplace. I have never filed any IDs to open and close my PayPal accounts. However, PayPal started to force me filing IDs to keep the account created under the email account XXXX. I replied to them that I would prefer to close the account if I need to file extra IDs. Then, they shut down my another account XXXX without requesting any ID check. I contacted them to file a complaint as they shut down the wrong account, but I received no answers on this issue. Instead, I received a message from PayPal agent, XXXX, on XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/, that I still need to file IDs either to keep or to close the account. In terms of the account safety, I believe my account should not be left only with certain limitations on. I would like to request PayPal to close my account properly.

I then called PayPal to ask where my refund was at and they kept giving the runaround and closing my case without telling me where my refund of XXXX went. It is now XX/XX/XXXX and I still have not received my refund yet on my PayPal account. XXXX XXXX provided me with an invoice transaction of the refund showing that the refund was processed successfully to PayPal in the amount of XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX but PayPal is still refusing to do anything.
