Consumer Complaint: I purchased a product worth {$110.00} from XXXX on XX/XX/2023 but received a damaged product instead. I had promptly returned the damaged product but I never received a refund even after waiting three months. The XXXX tracking id is XXXX for the return. I submitted a complaint to Paypal but they said the the information I provided was invalid and closed my case. If one goes to the XXXX website and enters the tracking number they can clearly see that the product was returned.

Consumer Complaint: The following complaint is in response to further issues raised in the prior complaint ( XXXX ). My original PayPal account, XXXX, was cancelled despite the fact that I had paid PayPal Mastercard XXXX XXXX XXXX ) the amount they said was issued to me as additional credit. PayPal, in turn, required that I pay them, but their documentation was so tainted that I only followed what XXXX XXXX offered me because I could see what they had done on paper. However, there was XXXX entry where I queried if it was them who gave me credit, and XXXX XXXX said yes. This problem started with XXXX when I approached PayPal, thus I ended up resolving it with them, XXXX Bank. Any other issues should be resolved between PayPal and XXXX XXXX. All I ask is that PayPal restore my original account with XXXX or give me access to PayPal Mastercard in my new account under XXXX.
