Consumer Complaint: Dear XXXX I am writing to reopen my case regarding the complaint against PayPal, which was closed after their response. I appreciate your assistance in addressing this matter once again. Please find below a detailed description of what happened, including relevant dates, amounts, and actions taken : Description : PayPal permanently limited my account without any explanation and has been holding my funds for 180 days. This limitation and withholding of funds have caused significant inconvenience and financial distress. I am seeking a resolution to this issue. Actions Taken : On XX/XX/XXXX, my PayPal account was permanently limited without any prior warning or explanation. I have attempted to contact PayPal 's message center for assistance, but they have been unhelpful and failed to address my concerns. PayPal representatives repeatedly stated that I could not withdraw my funds to safeguard against potential chargebacks from buyers. However, I have never sold anything using PayPal, and all my funds come from personal transactions with friends and family. I also kindly ask paypal to tell exactly what tos/aup/ rules i broke to get my account perm limited in the first place. I have received money exclusively through PayPal 's Friends and Family feature, as well as from my PayPal account balance. There is no possibility of anyone initiating chargebacks for these transactions. Request : I kindly request that XXXX redirect this complaint to the appropriate department that can address international cases, as I understand this falls outside the jurisdiction of PayPal 's United States offices. I also request the forwarding of the original complaint reference/message number for proper tracking and documentation. Please emphasize the urgency of this matter and the need for a satisfactory resolution that includes the withdrawal of my funds without any further delay. I deeply appreciate your assistance in reopening this case and ensuring that PayPal addresses my concerns properly. Consumer Complaint: I had to refile my complaint as i used my sisters account to file for my old complaint and paypal said they were unable to respond to it due to the name being a different name. XXXX Paypal supports scammers XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. I purchased the XXXX XXXX from XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I received it. XX/XX/XXXX ( Saturday ) I opened it to assemble it. I found one huge hole on the panel, peeling on the side, crack on the side. I contacted the seller right away. At the same time I filed a dispute with paypal. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX responded to me advising me to dispose the damaged item, however since there is a dispute they can not issue a refund until the dispute is closed. I forwarded all information to paypal. XXXX responded to my dispute saying I did not return the item therefore they were not able to refund me. How convenient! They advised me to dispose the item! At first I disputed it under Item not As Described. However a representative changed it to credit not received since XXXX did mention they wanted to refund me but they could not because of the dispute. XX/XX/XXXX, paypal closed the case in XXXXXXXX XXXX favor because I could not submit proof where XXXX said they would refund me, what i submitted was not good enough. I sent over photos of damaged item, houzz telling me to dispose of the item, was paypal thinking that XXXX just told me to dispose and get lost with no refund? Paypal you are aiding scammers. Shame on you.

Consumer Complaint: I made the mistake of suggesting to my clients, XXXX and XXXX XXXX to pay me via Paypal.com for services in the amount of {$3000.00} and on XX/XX/2023 : I billed & invoiced XXXX XXXX for {$3000.00} through the Paypal website. The next morning on XX/XX/2023 a payment was made by XXXX XXXX to Paypal for {$3000.00} Paypal immediately deducted 3 % = {$92.00} as 'Fee ' Later on XX/XX/2023 I was able to transfer to my XXXX XXXX Account {$310.00} only because there was a hold on the remaining amount The remaining amount of {$2600.00} was put on-hold for 21 days. This was completely unnecessary and is to create float for Paypal to keep user 's money even though they have received money from the customer, received their 3 % fee. This practice must be discontinued and since given the millions of transactions flowing through the Paypal system this amounts to hundreds of millions of $ XXXX that they have access to. The CFPB and FTC must regulate them or sue them in XXXX XXXX to disband this practice.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, I opened a new PayPal business account on XX/XX/XXXX and received the first Payment on XX/XX/XXXX of {$390.00} via my XXXX XXXX which I have had for a couple of years. My new trademark and company just finished registration so I switched out the prior paypal account to my newly registered XXXX. After I received my first order to the new PayPal account, PayPal asked to verify my Identity which I immediately complied to. Soon after that they permanently suspended my account without giving further explanation. I have been legitimately running my business for many years without any problems and my shop is in great standing with almost only XXXX star reviews. I also called PayPal customer service for XXXX minutes but they didn't want to disclose further information or help to resolve this issue and the customer service agent got quite rude.

Consumer Complaint: In late 2022, I was notified by PayPal that I couldn't use PayPal anymore because they determined I was in violation of their acceptable use policy. I was told that my funds would be held for 6 months by PayPal and then returned to me. More than 6 months have lapsed. PayPal is still holding my account balance of {$1300.00}. They have not returned it. I have called multiple times and the XXXX time I was ble to get through, the representative informed me that she had created a case and someone from PayPal would call me with further instructions on obtaining my funds. Whenever I call PayPal, I'm put on countless hold times by the automated system and I can not get through to a representative. I want my {$1300.00} refunded immediately along with interest.

I have not purchased any such alternative or virtual currency because I view XXXX as a glorified Ponzi scheme which is nothing but a bunco grift run by a confidence men. The latest invoice is loaded with details that scream FRAUD.
