Consumer Complaint: I have contacted the attorney general to schedule an arbitration meeting due to the neglect of my civil rights and violation of multiple laws, why are they holding my unemployment funds for 3 years now with no explanation even after sending proof they have still not unlocked my account so I can withdraw my funds they keep making excuses to why they have not released my funds even after waiting multiple 180 days policy periods this is ridiculous and enough is enough according to the government PayPal is not a bank institution so why are they acting as if they are they need to release my funds immediately arbitration will be set against PayPal immediately if result of complaint is not resolved immediately after opening from cfpb, PayPal has repeatedly violated the law and my civil rights by keeping my unemployment money that is rightfully mine I have sent proof multiple times of this as well and they still have not gave me my funds enough is enough it has been 3 years the account number is XXXX my email on file is incorrect all communication shall be directed to XXXX or call me at XXXX and email before you call copy of statement below regarding money they have stolen from me

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2023, I let someone use my phone to login to there accounts, such as XXXX XXXX, XXXX etc. She added her XXXX account onto my XXXX XXXX and wothin a day or XXXX i staryed getting push messages from my paypal account it's now Negative {$100.00} that was added to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I wasnt able to use my same day opened XXXX XXXX account I also have a shared account with my husband at XXXX XXXX XXXX. Transactions from Paypal were being transferred from XXXX account to someone else 's? I spole with XXXX app XXXX via messaging and he asked questions but didn't do anything automated? I can not access all of my credit card, debit card, checking & savings acounts do to switching from t mobile to XXXX XXXX. My ssn is compromised. Get me a new identity and off the XXXX XXXX. With all do respect please get me my money back. I shouldn't have to clean up some else 's mess.

Consumer Complaint: I am the treasurer of a 501 ( c ) 3 non-profit that has had a PayPal account for quite some time. They recently offered to lower our rates/fees since we are a non-profit organization, and so we submitted all of the information they requested, and on XX/XX/2023, they approved our " charity status '' and moved us to their charity rates. However, we recently realized that this actually significantly RAISED the fees that we are paying them ( nearly tripling! ). When we contacted them to go back to our old rates, they have refused. When we asked to escalate and speak to a manager or supervisor, they promised one would contact us, but then they have not. Our previous rate with them was 2.99 % plus XXXX cents per transaction. Our new " charity '' rate with them is 1.99 % plus XXXX cents per transaction. Our average transaction with them is {$7.00}, so our average fees have increased from around XXXX cents per transaction to nearly XXXX cents per transaction. We just want to go back to our prior rates ( 2.99 % plus XXXX cents ) but they refuse, and we're not sure why. They did offer to put us in a micropayment rate plan, but that would still be significantly more than we were paying. We also feel like they should refund the extra fees we have paid them since XX/XX/XXXX, since they misled us by telling us they were going to be lowering our fees, and instead nearly tripled them. PayPal is telling non-profits they are helping them by lowering fees, then tripling their rates. That can't be legal. Please help!

I have tried several times to get them to mail me the funds. Not much, {$24.00} but still mine. First they asked for verification of my address, which they had on file. I said Yes please send to the address you have on file. Then the next day, there asking for my Bank information to send/ mail me a check. Then they say to call there csr dept XXXX, and you don't get a live person, the automated system asks for your social security number, which they should not even have. All this for XXXX

This business has XXXX complaints on failure to provide refunds. They had advertised a free 60-day trial and now have removed that, however that is inconsequential given the 60 day Fair Credit Reporting act that applies on returns. I in turn filed a XXXX XXXX dispute as that is how I was charged by PAYPAL.

Consumer Complaint: To whom it may concern I am Riduan Gulam, from Philippines, I want to complain about a very concerning problem to the payment service Paypal offered at PaypalXXXX Paypal limited my account without prior notice and held my money for 180 days to cover any disputes. Their customer service always promised that they will release my funds after 180 days. I logged in to my account after the 180 days passed to discover that Paypal stole my money and transferred all my balance to themselves under the false claim of nonexistent damages. There was no damage to paypal and I believe their claims are false. All disputes related to my account was settled. Paypal acted in bad faith and debited random arbitrary amounts to empty my balance to ZERO enriching themselves from my hard earned money. Paypal transferred my whole balance and took my hard earned money under the XXXX ID XXXX. Under the common law, liquidated damages may not be set so high that they are penalty clauses rather fair compensation. I believe paypal acted in bad faith as a payment company, They have failed to offer the promised service. I believed that I was deceived and scammed by Paypal and I want to complain about this corrupt acts done by the payment company PaypalXXXX I have tried to resolve this issue friendly with them many times but they always reply with canned and useless response done by bot. Paypal failed to provide the advertised payment service. Looking forward for your reply. Thank You

I dont know this person .. it says he has a XXXX account and is in California. I never sent any money or authorized any money to go to this person. I filed a case with PayPal tonight and received notification that the charges were authorized and my case was closed .. this is absurd I dont know this person and never authorized payments or sent money to this person.
