I am seeing hard credit hits from the dollowing comapnys, please be advised that this si a violation of possible federal or privacy laws and I am demanding that you remove this information immediately. All of these individuals have already been contacted once and I have contacted your organization on ultiple occasions in reference to the accuracy of the report that I had never asked you to publisha dn I never asked to be a participant in your systems. I am offering you one final opportunity to remove these items and if this is not done within 15 days a lawsuit will be initiated. In addition the specific references to the student loans must immediately be removed as they are under dispute. Consumer Complaint: I've tried to do An income based loan with Navinet, which apparently was denied. Also, I have faxed and mailed in several hardship loan discharge forms to have loans removed/waived for student loan forgiveness, which according to Navinet, customer service representatives, they've never received. I have been trying for years, since my university closed ( XXXX University ) and left me with a slew of unpaid college debt, repeatedly to have some of my loans discharges, but the only situations, Navinet continues to offer is a forbearance or deferment. Which, is only causing interest on top of interest. I still don't have a XXXX XXXX XXXX, which before my university closed it's doors, I was 5 classes away from graduating. I have developed a lot of medical problems and bills, XXXX and XXXX is just the icing on the cake, stressing over how to pay my student loan debt. Now, I have two teenage sons, ages XXXX and XXXX, that I am preparing for college, which is causing more stress.

Consumer Complaint: Navient refuses to honor the terms of my private loan agreement and place my account in Forbearance. After refusing to place my account in the student deferment I am entitled to as an enrolled student, and multiple formal complaints filed, I was informed by Navient representative XXXX XXXX that I was eligible for 12 months of voluntary forbearance. I stated I wanted to use my forbearance as my financial situation is difficult and I can not afford payments at this time. I completed all paperwork necessary and ( after more formal complaints ) a forbearance was applied to my account, but only for 3 months This forbearance expires on XX/XX/18. I again went through the hassle of applying for the forbearance in mid XX/XX/2018 as I need to use my full 12 months. I received a message that I needed to send a {$50.00} payment in order to have the forbearance applied. While I find this unreasonable and very difficult to manage, I still emptied my bank account to send this payment. Navient cashed the payment on XX/XX/18 but then sent me a notice on XX/XX/18 that my forbearance was denied because they " did not receive my payment. Not only has the check cleared my account, but Navient has posted the payment to my private loan in question. The payment was postd to my account days before the denial was sent. In contacting them again, I was told to call, which I believe is an intentional tactic to avoid having anything in writing, which they could be held to or used as proof to support any action against them. I can not call due to my work schedule, and even if I could, I do not trust the company to honor anything said given the long history of deception and dishonesty from this company. I believe this is an intentional deception to force extra payments on this account. This has been an ongoing problem with Navient and they consistently refuse to apply deferments and forbearance as agreed.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX I had XXXX and had to have a full XXXX. I was not able to work so I enrolled in college. In XXXX I took out a loan for {$1500.00} to cover the expense of college. After about six months I was not able to continue with my classes due to complications from the XXXX, so I dis-enrolled. I picked up small, odd jobs to try to pay the loan back. My physical complications progressed and got worse so I was not able to hold a job for many years. I have paid a significant amount of money on the loan throughout the years. They have transferred my loan to multiple companies many times, and each transfer I am expected to pay an absurd transfer fee. I am now a low income, XXXX year old on Social Security. Once I pay my bills I do not have enough money to provide for the special diet my doctor requires me to be on. Even after 36 years, and years of wage garnishment, I am expected to pay back {$10000.00}.

Consumer Complaint: The XXXX XXXX was started XX/XX/XXXX for {$10000.00}. It has been sold at least twice. I and my co-signer have paid in {$9200.00}. I went into bankruptcy from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. The loan is now with Navient.. This is a private loan. Navient has accrued the interest during bankruptcy and applied {$640.00} from the bankruptcy administrator toward interest while the court shows principal payments. This XX/XX/XXXX ( XX/XX/XXXX ) Navient advised me to take a forbearance and capitalized interest and fees and I paid them {$50.00} to do this. The terms were to start payments XX/XX/XXXX. This agreement was taped., now they say that I missed XX/XX/XXXX and they say I owe an XX/XX/XXXX payment plus a late fee. This loan has been handled this way throughout, selling the loan, advising forbearance and capitalizing interest. To sum up, after 13 years, paying in {$9200.00}, and a bankruptcy the PRINCIPAL IS {$10000.00} OR {$440.00} LESS THAN THE ORIGINAL PROCEEDS.

I have not received any up date on why a school that is no longer in business would stay on my student loan and credit report until XX/XX/2028. Consumer Complaint: Today XX/XX/2018 XXXX I logged in to Navient to see a snapshot of my loans in deferment status. To my surprise I saw a loan that was past due XX/XX/2018 and possibly charged a late fee. I was unaware of this loan under Navient and to my knowledge this I wa not delinquent on any loans. Also some financial apps that I belong to such as XXXX gave a message that my loan was past due and I became concerned today. I called Navient and wanted to find out why was I past due now and nobody informed me, what were the details of this loan, why it was not past due before and no alerts, and why was it in collection status missing so many payments and accruing interest at a rate of 6 %. This loan was past due 210 days I was informed with a current balance of {$20000.00} according to Navient rep XXXX id # XXXX. I tried to get more details but she was not able to provide them. She told me this loan was in collections and past due and that my credit could be ruined if no payment was made. Also she told me this loan could go into default and delinquent. I informed XXXX that I am a XXXX veteran and that under federal law I am protected under certain circumstances. I might need to contact an attorney if I have to to know if my rights have been violated as a XXXX Veteran. Last time I was in touch with Navient was in XX/XX/2018 when they approved my Income-Driven Repayment Plan for my federal loans. Nobody told me about this loan was on file and on collections as far as I can remember. I have included copies of my student loans I printed from Navient. When I called nobody could give a straight answer but they kept me switching from one rep to another starting with XXXX id # XXXX, XXXX id # XXXX and XXXX id # XXXX. But after talking to XXXX last rep I am still confused and don't know what is going to happen with this loan, my credit history, and I am not sure if my rights as a XXXX Veteran have been violated. I need the help of CFPB and advice on this issue and what to do. Thank you. Also I don't want Navient that by me contacting them was a reason to restart the collection process and see it as a " negotiation '' call. XXXX the rep I was talking to was pushing me to make a payment but I refused since I did not know what loan she was talking about.

Consumer Complaint: Over the last few years Navient has added tens of thousands of dollars in fees to my student loan and repeatedly refuse to provide me with an accounting of said fees. As well, they recently erroneously reported to the credit bureaus that I ADDED to the balance of the loan despite the fact that I have not missed a payment and that it is currently deferred until XX/XX/XXXX. They refuse to discuss my balance or the fees and refuse to prove to me where they came from. In addition they have refused to work with me at all on the balance or extra fees even going as far as to refuse a larger monthly payment at one point saying that the loan had to be repaid by the schedule agreed upon. They have no proof I agreed to that.
