Issue: Dealing with your lender or servicer
Subissue: Need information about your loan balance or loan terms
Consumer Complaint: I am unable to speak with anyone at the company about my issue. This is primarily because I have no recollection of ever having entered into a loan agreement with this company. I do not understand the terms of the loan and why so much interest is being collected. To prove that I, in fact, owe this debt, I would like the company to furnish me with a copy of the original loan document with my signature and the terms clearly defined. Otherwise, I will consider this debt to be invalid and any effort to collect this debt a violation of my consumer rights. I affirm that I never entered into any loan agreement with this servicer and that this servicer has somehow acquired access to my personal information and assigned a debt and terms and conditions of debt to me based on its own business interests.

Consumer Complaint: This particular account situation that is lately filing on my own credit document has a seriously unfavorable relation to my personal ability to obtain a present loan application. I highly recommend you generate verification that XXXX XXXX has been reported completely in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations, it's really a serious problem to misreport. More confirmation of the aforesaid item too. My proper request must over, I was never 30 days/60 days/120 days late in any of my payments and I'm not greatly tuned in to the date opened so I prefer to ask you be investigated as soon as possible and confirmed to be correct. Thanks!

Consumer Complaint: Loan XXXX has had a XXXX balance since XX/XX/XXXX. Loan XXXX has had a XXXX balance since XX/XX/XXXX. Loan XXXX has had a XXXX balance since XX/XX/XXXX. Loan XXXX has had a XXXX balance since XX/XX/XXXX. Loan XXXX has had a XXXX balance since XX/XX/XXXX. Loan XXXX has had a XXXX balance since XX/XX/XXXX. Loan XXXX has had a XXXX balance since XX/XX/XXXX. Per the information and accounting provided on Navient 's website, all of the private student loans are paid in full and have a XXXX balance. It is imperative to note, that Navient has told the DOJ in writing that the account information on their website has been corrected and now reflects accurate information. This is already logged with the CFPB in a previous complaint. The attached proof has the date, when the information was accessed, highlighted in the top left corner to show that this is current and being provided by Navient as of XX/XX/XXXX. Navient confirmed on XX/XX/XXXX that all of the information was now corrected. The website is the only way for a consumer ( me ) to review their account information, and is a reflection of the paper statements one may opt to receive. However, Navient is still requesting payment for loans that are paid in full. The attached is proof of Navient 's accounting that shows each private student loan has a XXXX balance. I have highlighted where each loan shows a XXXX balance owed. However, Navient continues to report erroneous balances and solicit payment through their billing. The most recent billing statement received from Navient was received on XX/XX/XXXX is also attached. After the loans had a XXXX balance - Navient, sometimes years later - engaged in " loan sales '' and then added new balances to my account without any authorization or permission. All of these loans had XXXX balances that were reported for months and years per Navient 's accounting - which any reasonable person or entity would say as to be acknowledged and accepted. A company can not report a XXXX balance owed for multiple years - and then later create a new balance for a customer without any new or additional services being rendered. All of the accounting information that shows XXXX balances was created by Navient and provided by Navient - since this the accounting they have provided for years, there is no reasonable or legal explanation why it is not being acknowledged by them. I would like Navient to : ( 1 ) acknowledge the XXXX balances they've reported ( 2 ) declare all of the private student loans as paid in full ( 3 ) cease all further billing activity

Consumer Complaint: I just checked my credit score and I seen Navient keeps removing thousands of dollars from my account as a payment then adds that same amount back plus more money and THEN added interest. I am being scammed and I have been BY them for years. I need help. I'm in so much debt and they are literally stealing my money under my nose and who knows how long this has been going on. I have school I attended, anthem, that was shut down and they refuse to help me with that. Even though I am allowed to get the money returned they absolutely won't help and refuse although I have proof! They sell and buy loans back under your nose and this ultimately costs you so much..these loans are from ten yrs ago and I have accumulated so much debt in loans and they try to encourage deferment then when you look at your account you see they have been scheming you because your NOT looking at your account! While In deferment!!! I don't even have current documents because I'm in deferment. They sell and buy my loans and change interest rates and it's not ok!!

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/20 Attempted to make a targeted payment to one specific loan online. Have done this multiple times before. Was unable to complete my transaction, Navient system only let me pay to full principle and interest. Called Navient : Found our that my paid ahead loan was on hold until the payments caught up and that I could not pay that loan. After a very confusing and untrusting conversation, I am unclear of my options and feel my account/repayment has been compromised. This is not the first time something like this has happened.
