Consumer Complaint: I mailed the following letter on ( XX/XX/2020 ) to The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX Texas, XXXX. I had made the necessary rehabilitation payments, and provided the collection agency with the receipts, agreement, and contract. I included tracking with USPS to verify it was received by the dept of debt management, yet they deny that I made any payments. The letter is as follows : " To whom it may concern : I am writing the letter to request a hearing for my rehabilitation agreement with Pioneer Credit Recovery. I completed the rehabilitation program, and have provided copies of : The signed agreement The 9 payments made and received ( as per the MYEDDEBT.ED.GOV site ) Any correspondence Pioneer Credit Recovery sent to me ( receipts, etc. ) However, after completing the rehabilitation program ; the status of my loans never changed, thus making me ineligible for Title IV aid. I would like to have a hearing with someone who is independent of the Department, so that I may present my objections regarding the amount/existence/status of my loan. The other amount for {$22000.00}. Documents of recorded amounts the government loans were is included in this complaint with interest and interest rate. I need a copy of the government consolidation loans contracts of {$22000.00} and {$27000.00} that are in my name. I tried talking to your representative it has been about 2 months.

Consumer Complaint: I get phone calls every weekday and sometimes on the weekends from Municipal Services Bureau saying that they care calling on behalf of the Hawaii XXXX XXXX XXXX. The message is automated so I can't talk to a person. They refer me to a website ( XXXX ) and a they leave a phone number ( XXXX ) XXXX. However, when I look on the website the names of the people who owe are not mine. I'm worried that if I call them and talk to someone that they can continue to bother me with phone calls because I responded to their call.

Consumer Complaint: Good Afternoon, I received a call from a collection agency saying my student loans from Navient is in collection. I found this odd since I have been making payments. I called Navient and they said I havent been making payments since XXXX. I told them I have proof and on the website, it clearly states I have been making payments. My last one was in XXXX. I called Navient and the agent sent a number to call to send in my proof of payments. The number is a fax machine. I do not own a fax. Unable to get through to Navient.

Consumer Complaint: I have reached out to Navient on 2 occasions, XX/XX/2018 and XX/XX/2018. Over the years I have taken several student loans all the way through XXXX school. Each one of the loans showing as an individual account on my credit. Navient ( loan servicer ) failed to disclose my ability to consolidate and my rights to a forbearance or alert me of deadlines. I told them that I couldn't afford the {$2000.00} per month payment and never did they tell me I may qualify of Income Repayment. It wasn't until I reached out to XXXX XXXX that took care of all of this for me. They consodolidated my loans, put me in a forbearance and once that was done, my payment was {$260.00} per month. It is because, Navient failed me as a lender that because of the alleged 8 payments they claimed I missed, that I have over 160 late payments with them across 20 individually reported accounts. I reached out to Navient and the credit bureaus, as the loan reporting is very sketchy. Some months they don't have any reporting at all. I have only had success with XXXX. Navient has been paid. Navient should take ownership of their terrible lending practices of reaging my account by applying {$1.00}. Payments to borrowers loans so they never age off.

Consumer Complaint: Around XX/XX/XXXX, I enrolled in college that I had seen on TV called XXXX University. I had watched them on TV and fell for the promises to get a better paying job once I graduate. I graduated from XXXX University with a XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX and I was very excited, but I later was unable to get a job in my feild. I decided to go back to school for my XXXX XXXX in XXXX. I enrolled in XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX only to learn that my credits from XXXX University were not fully accredited to proceed to get my XXXX XXXX. They told me that in order for me to get my XXXX I woulds have to get another XXXX XXXX because I went to a school that was not accredited. I am one class away from recieving my XXXX XXXX at XXXX and I am currenlty taking classes recieve my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. On my credit report right now it shows that I owe a total of {$57000.00} for XXXX University dba XXXX XXXX and I dont think its fair that I have to pay that considering that they have a numerous lawsuits and enforcement actions against them and also because the college was very decieving. XXXX University is no longer a University it closed in XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: This complaint involves all three credit bureaus : XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. They should be included in this complaint along with Navient. Please see attached document with screenshots. In violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Navient continues to report inaccurate information about a consolidated federal student loan. The three credit bureaus have been notified via the dispute process multiple times ; yet, the reports continue to be inaccurate. Updated information regarding the dispute filed against Navient was received from one of the three credit bureaus on XX/XX/2020. It contains wrong information still. What is Navients consequence? What is the consequence for the three credit reports? Navient and the three credit bureaus have been notified multiple times of the errors, yet, they collectively continue to report inaccurate information. Who is more culpable for these errors? The three credit bureaus whose sole business is to report accurate information or Navient, the business reporting the bogus information to the credit bureaus? Below are screenshots from one of credit bureaus ( the other two are reporting similar information ) ; two screenshots from XX/XX/2020, one from XX/XX/2020, and one from XX/XX/2020. The errors are significant. The differences are evident. It should not be this difficult to get Navient and the three credit bureaus to report accurate information ; it is the law.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020, I received an email from the place I work/volunteer regarding a voice message Navient left on my extension concerning my sons delinquent account. The number Navient called is the office number for the XXXX, so anyone could have picked up the call. This is extremely concerning since this is not common knowledge. Navient had to do an extensive search to get this info. Whats disturbing is anyone from the XXXX XXXX could have either answered the phone or retrieved the message. Navient have all my personal contact information and could have contacted me through those means. In fact they called my cell phone leaving a voice message, so there was no point in contacting my place of work, other than using it as a threatened method. I tried calling Navient a week ago to talk about payment options but got no where. They keep saying they are willing to work something out but its just a false claim to get more information on you. I need them to stop contacting my place of work.

Consumer Complaint: I am a co-borrower with my daughter who completed her XXXX from XXXX College XXXX, MA. I have been dealing all the correspondence and making payments of the loan. The First loan Application was from NellieMae for {$20000.00} for the period XXXX Loan was never disbursed to XXXX College MA Moreover we never heard about NellieMae. The Second Loan Application was from SellieMae for {$18000.00} for the period XXXX Loan was never disbursed to XXXX College MA The Third loan Application was from SellieMae for {$15000.00} for the period XXXX Loan was received by XXXX College MA as mentioned in their loan Letter attached and copied to Navient several time. We did not receive any documentation of proof from Navient. We send the following letter to Navient in XXXX If you have made a payment to XXXX College . Please send front and back copies of the cancelled check sent to XXXX College showing the check cashed by them. If the payment was made electronically through your bank. Please contact your bank to obtain the Electronic Funds Transfer number so that we can confirm from XXXX College. In the absence of the correct documents I will not restart the payment of two Loans. However, I will continue to make the payment of the Loan received by XXXX College. As per your document for Loan XXXX a principle of {$2300.00} and payment of Interest of XXXX made to you. As per your document for Loan XXXX a principle of {$2200.00} and payment of Interest of XXXX made to you. As per your document for Loan XXXX a principle of {$3300.00} and payment of XXXX of XXXX made to you. The two Loans ending in XXXX and XXXX which were not paid to XXXX College, we have paid a total principal of {$5600.00} and interest of XXXX. The total of XXXX must be applied to the only loan paid to the College. This conclude that we have made a payment and interest more than the loan. Selliemae did not provide us any information about the Disbursement of finances to the college. On completion of education as required by Sallieme we started the repayment of loan.
