Consumer Complaint: XXXX, the corporation taking over my student loan from Navient, says they " do not yet '' have my loan. I am unable to login, nor did the customer service agent find my acct. despite widely reported assertions that all loans had been transferred as of the end of XXXX. They said I needed to wait for the " welcome package '' and stressed that I did not need to make a payment until XXXX! My credit has been so often dinged due to misreported student loan.

Consumer Complaint: Going through the options, there isn't a description adequate enough to describe my complaint or concerns. I have filed a pervious complaint only for Navient to gloss over the document provided and not address my initial compliant. " When Navient stated they have no record of my loan being closed and to submit a copy of the revelant section of my credit report, I did that. In my original complaint I submitted a copy of my XXXX XX/XX/2021 credit report where it clearly list my student loan as closed, account status " CLOSED. '' That's the reason for my inquiry. This caused my credit score to spike to XXXX and then suddenly drop again. I've already inquired with the credit company and they stated they are reporting what Navient reported. '' If my student loan was canceled under the Biden Student Loan Cancellation program, I want to know. I don't want to be paying on a student if that's the case. Navient needs to address the document enclosed with the complaint.

Consumer Complaint: Navient issues my private student loan statement on the XXXX of each month. I pay my bill according to that. XXXX month in particular I paid on the exact day my statement was due. Because I did this, for one of my loans, but not the other two, it applied it to the past months payment cycle and not the current one. They said something about the " threshold for loans in a given month '' that made no sense to me. I've never had this issue in the past, and I believe they need to be more transparent about this on their website.

Consumer Complaint: My last payment to navient when I defaulted my private student loan was XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX. I thought it was XXXX so I submitted a dispute with the credit bureaus. Navient has been reporting as charged off account since XXXX and that it was a XXXX XXXX XXXX wrote off. At that time I was penalized drastically on my credit report by about XXXX points. I understand XXXX defaulted the loan. But not further payments were made. After I just disputed on XX/XX/XXXX I received an update from the bureaus that I have a new missed payment. The account status now shows on time and first missed payment was XXXX XXXX XXXX. Spoke with the bureaus on recorded lines today and they said last activity was XX/XX/XXXX and that navient is supposed to fall off my credit report in XXXX XXXX XXXX. Navient re-aged my credit report making it to where I am now dinged XXXX years after I was already dinged on my report which is understand is not supposed to happen. Navient re-aged my credit report because I am at the XXXX for XXXX at XXXX years and XXXX year from it being off my credit report. This loan is old. No recent payments. Last activity in XXXX. Loan shows charge off. I have not spoken with anyone regarding my student loan, attempted to make any payments, or received any calls from debt collectors. This is an inaccurate reporting on my credit report and should be adjusted to be accurate no false. Open dispute with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I receive numerous calls from ( XXXX ) XXXX with a recorded announcement about student loan debts. I believe it may be from a company called Navient. I do not have a student loan, but I was a personal reference for my sister in law about 20 years ago. In the past I got calls from an actual person and I asked multiple times to be put on their no-call list, but I still get daily calls. I've called the number and reached a person, but when I tell them that I don't have a debt in the system and want to ask questions about why I'm getting these calls, they hang up on me.
