Consumer Complaint: I was under a repayment plan with Navient since XX/XX/XXXX Suddenly they ruined my credit score and they are now saying I was never in a repayment plan! This is UNFAIR and I have paid them since the start of the pandemic for my student loans. Consumer Complaint: I have been paying a late fee to navient for almost 3 years. I recently emailed them about it because I didn't understand why I was getting a late fee when I wasn't late. I was told in XX/XX/2019 I was late and in XXXX of 2019 I was granted forbearance. They just never removed the late fee. The late fee is XXXX a Month and when I do the quick pay option it takes out the money for the late fee. Otherwise I have to allocate my payment per loan with navient.

Consumer Complaint: during the COVID 19 pandemic, interest rates were frozen per the federal government. Navient XXXX XXXX continued to charge interest and other fees on account holders. My loan balance today was {$2100.00}, up from {$2100.00} last month. I made a payment in full today after realizing they were fraudulently adding fees and interest during the freeze ( which doesn't end until XX/XX/2022. There website shows them adding interest during the pandemic. I wish to be refunded the fees and interest that were fraudulently charged during the freeze. These accumulation of interest fees should not have been added until XX/XX/XXXX when the deadline begins repayment for all loan holders.

This school promised job placement upon completion with multiple certifications under your belt to promise you a good career path in IT. My brother and I attended what seemed to be XXXX of the last classes before this " school '' shut down and we were not placed in any jobs and lost all vouchers to take exams for certifications. I understand there are multiple lawsuits against this place and I would like to see if my brother and I are eligible to have these private loans forgiven. We have been paying these loans since 2008 and are not even halfway there. To the last question below. I do not have any hard copy contracts nor digital copies of when we enrolled. I do however have emails from the instructors and admissions office, if needed. All of this doesn't exist anymore and I'm sure our contracts have been deleted from the system. Consumer Complaint: I sent a certified letter on XX/XX/2021 to Navient asking them to stop contacting me about my student loans. They continue to call me, at least once a month, including calling family member 's whose numbers I never gave them. They are also reaching out via email to multiple email accounts. The phone calls and emails have been increasing in frequency ( now at least weekly ) in the past month. I have told multiple representatives that I do not want to be contacted about this debt, that I am aware it exists but am unable to pay. I have told them that I sent a certified letter asking for them to stop contacting me. I told them to stop harassing me and my family. I would not be surprised if they are reaching out to old employers as well, as they have in the past. I received another call today, less than a week since I spoke to the last representative.

Consumer Complaint: I have not used student financial aid since XXXX yet they show multiple loans totaling XXXX dollars for a school that I have never attended and certainly did not receive XXXX dolllars from anyone. I used financial aid in XXXX for the licensed practical nurse program that I attended and then attended XXXX XXXX in XXXX when I became an XXXX and at the time XXXX didnt offer financial aid therefore I paid cash in full and graduated then in XXXX I attended XXXX XXXX XXXX for. XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX did not and still does not offer anything financial aid other than their own internal interest free financing which i again paid cash for now Navient has failed to provide documents and details of these additional loans and details of my enrollment at XXXX XXXX global the forms that they did sent are only electronic signatures or strange variations of the spelling of my name and inaccuracies im the addresses even crossed out and corrected in handwriting that is certainly not mine. Now I have been damaged by these loans for years and still I have tried to get them to resolve and remove these fraudulent loans that are absolutely not mine and I have gotten no where and this is my last effort before I retain counsel and file suit for immediate resolution and even damages due to the impact that this bogus XXXX dollar debt that they have continued to report or sell and suddenly it goes into default at no knowledge of mine and of course a consolidation loan is their only immediate remedy for the situation where they add on obscene amounts of additional money to the balances so they are making a killing with the predatory practices and they estimate for yhe XXXX payments they are trying to collect from me on this fraudulent XXXX over the course of the payments would end up costing me over XXXX dollars for a school I never attended a day in my life and I refuse to pay for anything that I did not use or attend so I will never make a single payment on this unethical practice and I am awaiting your plan of action then engaging my attorney as this has gone on for years and they have yet to investigate and resolve this matter. I wont allow another opportunity once you have attempted to assist me should you be unsuccessful I will have my attorney use any and all available actions in order to be made whole again after this has carried on since XXXX to XXXX that they claim I attended this school and utilized these fraudulent loans that clearly only Navient and the school benefited from as I challenge them to produce details and documentation of these loans dispursements as you will find not one time will they show proof that they were paid to me in any way shape form or fashion only to the XXXX XXXX XXXX NEVER to me. And their inability to show this alone should be grounds for resolution and complete dismissible and deletion of these bogus balances they continue to report to the credit bureaus now totaling XXXX dollars and I believe that if the school was paid on my behalf then there should have been excess amounts refunded to me which they also will never be able to show so XXXX XXXX XXXX will also have action filed against them as well. I have literally had it with this never ending nightmare that has compromised my credit standing for decades now and when I have made effort to resolve this directly with Navient I was treated as though I was merely someone attempting to get out of paying my loans completely missing the fact that I have total debt outside these student loans only XXXX dollars in credit card debt and a car loan for XXXX dollars and that is literally all now does this sound like the credit balances of someone that doesnt want to pay their debts?? No I didnt think so but it has and continues to interfere with my ability to obtain a mortgage to buy a home and this is unacceptable by any stretch of the imagination. Consumer Complaint: I took out a loan for {$15000.00} in XXXX through SallieMae. They resold my debt to Navient with an unfixed interest rate. Since XXXX, I've paid {$17000.00} to Navient As of today, with their variable interest rates ( currently 8.125 % ), I owe an outstanding balance of {$17000.00} XXXX lost my job due to the pandemic and took as much forbearance as they allowed. Now I'm all out of deferment/forbearance time and they're punishing me by raising the interest. I can not make any more full payments. They do not give options for partial payments. Because I can not make payments, they've started charging penalty fees. Navient calls my house XXXX times a day. They have called the police on me ( XX/XX/XXXX ) They will not let up, and now they are harassing my father. I am a single mom. I fear we will be XXXX by the end of the year due to their predatory nature. I implore you to look into the number of suicides caused by this company among millennials. Also, they don't allow borrowers to pay more toward their bill each month, so there is no way to pay the principal down. We, the borrowers are trapped. And when their website is down for days, we the borrowers are charged penalty fees. How is this allowed?
