Consumer Complaint: I acquired a reverse mortgage for my mother in XXXX. She passed away XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I contacted Champion Mortgage about the repayment of the loan. I was told to submit the following documents : 1. Certification of Trust ; 2. Letter of intent to sell the property ; 3. Listing Agreement from the Real Estate company ; 4. a copy of the Death Certificate. I sent the documents on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. On XXXX XXXX I called Champion to ask why I had not received the payoff balance. They said I sent the documents to the wrong address XXXX and not to the XXXX office. The XXXX address was the address I was given. I faxed the documents to XXXX. XXXX XXXX I called Champion to confirm that they had received the documents. They had. I was told I would receive the payoff balance between XXXX XXXX. On XXXX XXXX I was told they needed the complete copy of the Trust. I faxed the complete Trust. On XXXX XXXX I called Champion again and was told that they did not receive the complete Trust because it was the Amended Trust. I explained that the Amended Trust was the valid Trust and the original no longer existed. I called Champion numerous times about this and was told each time that the Trust was incomplete. They also told me that I was not authorized to get the payoff because I was not the borrower. I explained that I was the Trustee of my mother 's estate and that I was the one who obtained the reverse mortgage. I am on the XXXX to the property. My loan officer who originally obtained the reverse mortgage has also been in contact with XXXX XXXX, a manager at Champion. My loan officer sent the Affidavit of Change of Trustee and another copy of the complete Amended Trust. Champion still would not give the payoff balance to the title company. The property is in escrow and closing today, XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I wrote to the XXXX and the XXXX. The XXXX has filed a complaint against Champion. Champion has refused to cooperate and has repeatedly denied my request for payoff. The buyers for the property are waiting for the title to clear so they can move into the property. This whole process has been absolutely the most frustrating and disturbing experience of my life. Champion and XXXX XXXX are complicit in conducting illegal behavior that no one should be subjected to.

Consumer Complaint: My mortgage was sold to Nationstar Mortgage by XXXX. I received notice from XXXX concerning the sale, but never received the information about my loan from Nationstar. After many phone calls, this was straightened out, however Nationstar is not honoring the repayment terms according to my original loan. I have electronic payments automatically sent twice a month with a total that exceeds my payment. Nationstar consistently holds the funds without applying them to my account. They then repeatedly contact me falsely claiming that they have not received any payments.

We are given 90 days by the courts to proceeds with this short sale since NationStar wrongfully Foreclosed on the seller while she was in bankruptcy. They returned my XXXX dollars I sent to them they would not except it like always they deny my payments. I send to them.They lied and told me they never received that check when they did. I ca n't control the mail or how long it sits on there desks before they decide to process it. I have been lied to time and time a gain from there receptionists who answer calls and managers and supervisors and they will not assign one case manager who knows exactly what is gonging on with my specific case. Consumer Complaint: I pay the mortgage using online banking via XXXX XXXX XXXX. I always schedule the payment to be the last day the mortgage service lists on billing statement. If this day is a non-business day, I schedule it on a banking business day prior to the last day. The last day is usually the XXXX of the month, and most of the time it falls on a business day. When I scheduled a payment for XXXX XXXX ( a Tuesday ) on Monday XXXX XXXX morning, I found out the Monday the XXXX was a holiday and my payment would not be processed until XXXX XXXX. I have XXXX mortgages to pay. XXXX of mortgages are with XXXX, XXXX with Nations Star, and XXXX with XXXX. I went to each website and paid the mortgage online at each of these sites ( i.e., XXXX, Nations Star, and Cenlar ). Only XXXX XXXX charged me a {$9.00} transaction fee because it was after the XXXX of the month. I did protest this with Nations Star at the customer service link on their website, but they refuse to refund me the fee. In my opinion this fee is illegal and I should be refunded the money.

Customer services keeps saying it is a glitch in their system and to ignore it. Consumer Complaint: I was in a repayment plan for past due taxes on my reverse mortgage with XXXX Mortgage. When the servicer changed to Champion Mortgage, I even increased the monthly amount and then was told, after having made XXXX payments, that they would no longer be accepting my payments. Subsequently, I was unjustly forced into default and served with foreclosure papers. I am now being told that they can not offer a repayment plan because the loan is in default. In addition, after having sent proof that I have been paying the homeowner 's property insurance, they continue to this day to state that I defaulted on the insurance payments and they have been adding the amounts to my loan balance, which is completely inaccurate. I am currently working with XXXX XXXXXXXXForeclosure Prevention Counselor who works for XXXXcertified agency.

Consumer Complaint: Six years ago cleared up flood insurance with XXXX XXXX XXXX on vacant land, no flood insurance required. Three years later XXXX XXXX XXXX sells our mortgage to Nationstar. paying the usual monthly payment to Nationstar for about a year they suddenly send a letter to us stating we need flood insurance and if we do n't get it they will place insurance on us. I explain what we did with XXXX XXXX XXXX that the structure was removed there for no insurance required. I send proof from town hall stating the removal of the structure. They say not good enough and decide to place flood insurance on to our mortgage. Nationstar was asking for an additional XXXX month and we refuse to pay the extra money but continue to send the regular payment hoping we resolve the situation.We send the regular payment for about 8 months and that is when they refused to accept anymore payments from us and put us into foreclosure. Two years later and XXXX lawyers later we are stuck in limbo. Our credit is destroyed ca n't get a loan ca n't refinance on any of our properties. Thank you XXXX

As of XXXX XXXX, 2016 Nationstar Mortgage LLC raised my mortgage payment by {$480.00} a month with no notice. When I called to ask why they said my taxes went up by over {$400000.00}. This is not true. They told me I have to provide the tax bills. I am going to forward the paid bills to them on XXXX/XXXX/16. However, they are already in receipt of the bills. The mortgage payment is due no later than XXXX/XXXX/16 or my modification will be in jeopardy.
