Consumer Complaint: My loan was recently transferred to Nationstar XXXX/XXXX/16. Prior to transfer I had property damage to my home XXXX/XXXX/16. My first contractor did not complete the necessary work, I hired a new contractor. I sent the documents to Nationstar who stated they would not begin paying since my claim was over {$300000.00} to my new contractor because there was no license submitted. Myself and my new contractor informed them my state no longer provides licenses, however they insist they did. My house can not be fixed since they will not disburse any funds without license. In my states old law required contractor license over {$30000.00}. I informed them I would just hire several contractors whose claims would not total over {$30000.00} each they said they still would not pay claim without license. I need to have my home repair so I can move back in my home. But do n't seem to be able to get funds to repair which my Nationstar will not release. My insurance adjustor has only allowed 3 months for repairs to be completed and my time is running low.

Consumer Complaint: My Loan with Nationstar Mortgage # XXXX was modified and my trial payments were on time, I received XX/XX/XXXX statement and my payments went down to {$1600.00}, I phoned the bank and after reviewing they said my escrow was decreased. I made XXXX XXXX payment. Than XXXX XXXX payment came again {$1600.00} was made. My XXXX XXXX statement came and they were requesting {$2100.00}, I called and they connected me with an Escrow specialist, who did not understand what was going on, she than spoke with her Supervisor who also did n't have an answer. I was told they would call me back on Monday, when the Specialist team gets in and they wld review and phone me back. I waited patiently and still no call. I called again and this time a XXXX XXXX XXXX was assisting me. He looked at the notes but did n't have an answer for me, again spoke to his Supervisor and he did n't have an answer. They said they needed to get the top heads on my case cause they were puzzled as to why my Trial payments were higher than my statement payments. Once again I waited patiently and no phone call. Everytime I call I I get someone else and I give name of person who was helping me prior and they never recognize the name because they have so many diff. dept. I called once again and the rep read the notes and told me there was no update on status, but she wld try to figure it out. She said I had an escrow shortage XX/XX/XXXX, mind you I had talked prior to my Town Assessor and they claim that the escrow did not go up that I had to take that up with the Bank. If there was a shortage like the rep claim, should n't all that be put into the Orig. Loan Modification? If so, than why am I the one being penalized for their mistakes.

Consumer Complaint: Aurora Loan Services was the servicer of my loan in XXXX. XXXX XXXX purchased my loan from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX. At the time this purchase was made, there was no assignment of the mortgage & or the note to XXXX XXXX or XXXX or Aurora in the county records. It is Florida state law that these records are to be recorded in the county records if transfer occurs of a loan. The mortgage and the note are to be kept together at all times. When Aurora purchased the loan from XXXX XXXX XXXX Mortgage, an assignment of mortgage mysteriously appeared which was predated back to XX/XX/XXXX. The assignment alleges that XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX F/K/A XXXX XXXX XXXX was the assignor and Mortgage XXXX, XXXX was the assignee. This document was not recorded in the XXXX County records until XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and the document was NOT recorded by XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The document was recorded by Aurora Loan Services and prepared by a known robo-signing and false document mill by the name of XXXX XXXX. The document states that it should be returned to Aurora Loan Services after being recorded. There are XXXX loan numbers on the assignment. XXXX belongs to XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) and the other belongs to Aurora Loan Services ( XXXX ). There is also a min number ( XXXX ) on the document and the first XXXX digits of the min number are the company number for Aurora Loan Services. At the time this document was prepared and signed, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, had in fact been defunct for 2 years. When this document was recorded, XXXX aka Aurora Bank FSB fully purchased the loan from XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XXXX, llc have never been a member of XXXX and would not have had the authority or the membership to assign my mortgage to XXXX in XXXX. It is obvious that this is a fabricated document and there are XXXX DIFFERENT companies involved on XXXX assignment of mortgage. After this occurred the loan was securitized and there were several other servicers servicing the loan. Then, in XXXX XXXX BANK XXXX decided to buy the loan back and serviced the loan from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX with a completely different loan number. In XXXX XXXX filed bankruptcy, so why the sudden interest in my loan? Aurora Bank FSB F/K/A XXXX bought back my loan from the trust and then sold the servicing rights only to Nationstar Mortgage, LLC so it could fund itself? XXXX governs the sale & securitization of a negotiable instrument. Once the asset is sold, the bank is no longer the REAL PARTY in interest. Aurora Bank FSB bought the mortgage and note XX/XX/XXXX. I have requested information from Aurora in a QWR and I have been refused the information.

Consumer Complaint: Mortgage company failed to pay taxes out of our escrow account. The taxes are now 7 months behind. We have been in constant contact with the mortgage company in the past 7 months. We were assured it was paid over and over several times by the mortgage company.. Several times. Have now received a letter from a lawyer for the city, stating they are going to begin the process of foreclosure if we do not pay the overdue taxes. Mortgage company is Nation Star Mortgage. Note we have NEVER missed a mortgage payment OR been late OR not paid in full our monthly mortgage payment. We also have email documents back and forth from the company saying the taxes were paid. And they still have not been.

XXXX 2016 REVEALED THAT THEY ADJUSTED OUR MONTHLY PAYMENT DOWN BUT UPON PERSONAL DISCOVERY LOCATED THAT THIS WAS DONE IN ERROR DUE TO THE COMPANIES ILL ATTENTION AND RESEARCH WITH OUR LOCAL COUNTY TAX BOARD TO CALCULATE THE ESTIMATED PROPERTY TAX AMOUNT. THEY ISSUED AN APPROXIMATE {$8500.00} REFUND AS A RESULT AS WELL. AFTER AN APPROXIMATE 6 HOURS ON THE PHONE TO CORRECT THE ISSUE, AN AGREEMENT WAS MADE WITH NATIONSTAR THAT US/THE CONSUMER WOULD ISSUE 2 CHECKS. 1 FOR THE MONTHLY PAYMENT AND 1 TO CATCH UP THE ESCROW ACCOUNT THAT THEY HAVE NOW SHORTED AS A RESULT OF THE ABOVE ERROR. INCLUDED IN THE OVERNIGHT PACKAGE WHICH INCLUDED THE ABOVE SAID 2 PAYMENTS WAS A TYPED LETTER OF HOW THE PAYMENTS WERE TO BE CREDITED IN ADDITION TO A NOTE IN THE MEMO SECTION OF EACH PAYMENT SAYING " PAYMENT '' AND " ESCROW. Consumer Complaint: I have submitted complaints number XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX among many other complaints against Nationstar Mortgage , LLC and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Et Al XXXX dba '' XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX . They have XXXX billing collection issues and XXXX problems with service according to the XXXX which grades them with a " XXXX '' rating. I have not received any responses from this company with regards to their adhering to the Frank-Dodd requirement and the discovery/disclosure of their identities as Parties in Real Interest. I have proven them not be Parties of Real Interest in a law suit in the Circuit Court of XXXX County XXXX under case number XXXX and I have filed the case in United States District Court for the XXXX under Title 42 code 1442-1446 under case number XXXX. This District court has a minute order to stay the temporary restraining order until XXXX XXXX, XXXX awaiting the response from the defendant ( s ) Nationalstar and the AGents. Nationstar promise to respond to my complaint by XXXX XXXX, XXXX after an exceptions hearing. Nationstar has not responded and even though there is a removal and court case in the District Court for the XXXX, Nationstar and the circuit court for XXXX county XXXX has issued a writ of possession on my estate. So far your bureau has done nothing to compel Nationstar to obey the laws and provisions of Truth In Lending Act ( TILA ), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act ( RESPA ) and Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act ( HOEPA ) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ). Nationstar has denied me due process of law by not responding to discoveries and disclosures, qualified written requests and they are attempting to move forward without even allowing me to face my accuser. I am attaching documents filed in both the circuit court and the district court. XXXX XXXX XXXX is requesting that the this bureau put lawful pressure on Nationstar and stop them from committing any further negative actions against XXXX XXXX XXXX pending verification of debt, the result of the Minute Order by Judge XXXX XXXX of the United States District Court for the XXXX, a forensic audit, discovery & disclosure ( s ), and XXXX XXXX XXXX facing her accuser in court. Administrative Judge XXXX XXXX approving a writ of possession against XXXX XXXX XXXX shows contempt of the Higher United States District Court for the XXXX in XXXX XXXX without due process of law. XXXX XXXX XXXX just received a call from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX to provide a typed transcript for the XXXX XXXX, XXXX Exceptions Hearing. How can filing an appeal to the Exception order and/or the writ of possession be accomplished if XXXX XXXX XXXX and her family is evicted from her home? Note : for future purposes no one else can administer the above Estate but XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX provided Nationstar with a certified and county recorded revocation of power of attorney and Lien against the Estate from them as the primary creditor. NOTICE TO PRINCIPLE IS NOTICE TO AGENT ; NOTICE TO AGENT IS NOTICE TO PRINCIPLE It is very clear that in the CIRCUIT COURT FOR XXXX COUNTY XXXX, Nationstar is SHIELDED AND PROTECTED AND CAN CHOOSE NOT TO ENGAGE IN DUE PROCESS OF LAW WITH THE SANCTIONING OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE XXXX XXXX OF THE XXXX COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT. Nationstar are/were aware of the discoveries and disclosure request ( s ), the qualified written questionnaire, the interrogatories, the laws of TILA, RESPA, HOEPA, FDCPA and chose not to honor them and no one is compelling Nationstar to obey the law.

Consumer Complaint: I retained XXXX XXXX XXXX to do a Modification for my home in XXXX of XXXX. I paid them about XXXX dollars, and never got a modification..On XXXX XXXX I called up my lender whose name is Nationstar Mortgage and was told my home was sold on XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX law group never contacted me regarding this matter at all. I also never receive any notices about a Court Date for a Foreclosure Court appearance. In XXXX of XXXX I XXXX XXXX faxed short sale documents to Nationstar Mortgage cause I was under water. Nationstar Mortgage said they never received any documents. So on XXXX XXXX XXXX I called up Nationstar again to fax over some more documents to be told my home was sold on XX/XX/XXXX.XXXX group never contacted me or my Wife regarding this matter now me and my Family have to pack up and leave the premises because of XXXX negligence.This really hurts cause I have a Family.
