Consumer Complaint: The servicer will not allow me to short sale my home because the recent winning bid cancelled do to poor due diligence and realized they had offered too high. This is no fault of my own. This was the first auction that had the more realistic minimum bid at {$610000.00} and sold for {$750000.00} but the buyer saw the condition of the home ( after winning the bid ) and immediately cancelled due to the condition of the home. The previous auctions were for {$860000.00} as opening bids and received no bids. The servicer asked me to submit any offers and I did send the accepted offer ( there were many offers between $ XXXX- {$64000.00} at previous times. The accepted offer was at {$610000.00} and that buyer can still buy it but the servicer wo n't allow the sale unless by auction. I just want to sell it to avoid foreclosure and we have an accepted offer outside of the bidders from the recent auctions but none will pay higher than {$640000.00} due to the condition of the home. Normally sellers can accept and offer and present it to the banks for a short sale approval but to date there have been many mistakes by buyers and the bank ( none from the seller ) that have prevented the short sale to close. If the auction is done again or use the existing offer then a short sale can be accomplished and foreclosure can be prevented. I only want to do what is best for everyone but it has to be done correctly. Please contact my servicer and have them allow the short sale. Thank you auctions had been done in the recent past to obtain potential offers but the asking prices have been way beyond what the property is worth so there have been no offers at what the servicer has asked as the opening bids. Consumer Complaint: I have been working to modify the loan on my primary residence since XXXX. We sent all paperwork to both NationStar and their counsel. I never received any documentation from them until we requested a reason on why they denied the loan modification. The attorney sent over XXXX letters in which they claim were sent out with missing documents. These were never received. On XXXX XXXX I faxed over another application to NationStar in hopes of modifying my loan. On XXXX XXXX i emailed my attorney to see if he had heard a response. He had not. I check my mail daily and never received a letter from NationStar acknowledging my paperwork or asking for more documentation. On XXXX XXXX as well I called NationStar to find out what the status of the application was. I was told they were in receipt of the modification and that there were two documents they were missing. I was never given a date to have them returned and still had not received any correspondence in the mail to my property or attorney. On XXXX XXXX they sent a letter out denying my loan modification because they did n't receive the documents they requested. I have not received anything with a description of what they needed. This is the second time in which NationStar has not acknowledged my application or communicated with what they needed. In a letter dated XXXX XXXX i received a notice of sale date.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I simultaneously made by mortgage payment due and in the same envelope enclosed a Cashier 's Check # XXXX for {$40000.00} as a Prepayment of Principal on the loan. Nationstar had previous knowledge of a pending substantial principal payment from my last CFPB complaint about 2 months ago. I questioned their competence and ability to handle the payment and be trusted. These incompetent folks misapplied the funds and tried stealing over {$500.00} in additional interest. Being the good babysitter I am of Nationstar I called them out on XX/XX/XXXX when I got my mortgage statement. Now that they were caught and I was threatening to file a criminal complaint and a CFPB complaint they would do the transaction to correct. I told XXXX and the Supervisor XXXX I wanted a copy of the Transaction Activity mailed to me. If I did n't get it by XX/XX/XXXX I would be taking action. No surprise I was lied to by each of them. Sp here it is XX/XX/XXXX and I am complaining again. I also intend to file reports with law enforcement and the Texas Attorney General 's Office. I want my mortgage moved to a competent mortgage servicing company or Executive Supervision over my account.

Upon entering my login information and sending, I was then asked to enter not only my originating zip code but also my full Social Security Number before proceeding further. This is a terrible affront to online security and should be stopped immediately. There are other ways to verify a user 's information - this is not proper.

Coverage for this program is covered through my mortgage payment. Payment amount is {$34.00} paid monthly through my mortgage payment at Nation Star Mortgage ; I had problems with my up stair air condition unit for two years. XXXX XXXX sent several different companies to our home none of them fixed our air condition ; also, there records should indicate several telephone calls that was made to them by my wife and I covering the above conversations ; However, our air condition was never fixed and continued to leak water and damaged our ceiling, I had to pay {$1500.00} in repairs. I am having problem with my garage doors, I was informed that my doors are not covered ; only, the roller and the sensors. boxes thethe the rest of the cost is the owner responsibility.
