Consumer Complaint: To Whom It May Concern this is my 4th complaint against Nationstar Mortgage. This has been a continuing issue with Nationstar not completing the request. During the last statement I needed resolution for Nationstar to reimburse funds to me after the representative applied funds to the wrong banking information which cause an multi over draft issue. It cause the account to be revolving for the entire month of XXXX. Requested forms was sent and still I have not receive reimbursement. In Addition I requested an payment history from XXXX to the present XXXX XXXX. During the transfer from XXXX XXXX XXXX to Nationstar we were in a modification. I am requested the entire modification package and all forms.

Consumer Complaint: our loan is biweekly with a payment amount of {$360.00} every 2 weeks. Our monthly statement show our monthly payment as {$360.00} despite that being the payment every two weeks. Our annual escrow analysis also shows our monthly payment as {$360.00} which is not even half of what would be monthly. Nationstar began servicing this account XX/XX/2015 and it has been wrong every month. We have repeatedly contacted them through their corporate offices and only get promises to fix it. We feel our statements should be correct.

Consumer Complaint: I XXXX XXXX renewed my insurance a down payment in XXXX of XXXX of {$1200.00}, had the insurance agent from XXXX insurance to fax a proof of insurance to Nation Star. I 've called them 4 or 5 times, no resolution. I was told because in XXXX I had a little elapsed from XXXX to XXXX of XXXX, I was told that I must use escrow to the maturity of my loan. I feel that that is very unfair to me, I have supporting documents where they wrote me and made me aware that they are planning to buy me insurance, but it would be better if I went out and purchased my own insurance because it would be cheaper. Letter date XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I have the supporting letter and will sumit it to you for confirmation, it seem to me that Nation Star Mortgage is trying to make tremendous profit on me. The mortgage was originally taken out by XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX XXXX XXXX high interest rate I had some problems, they in return through me to this bad mortgage company ( Nation Star ) please help me to come to as smooth resolution. -Respectfully XXXX XXXX XXXX

I was lured to miss a few payments in order to qualify for MOD by XXXX representative ( XXXX ) Unfortunately, I was wrongfully denies for MOD.XX/XX/XXXX. Then I had litigation with XXXX and other defendants. My loan was lost ( broken chain of title ), presumably at XXXX XXXX. Even, I presented all evidences at XXXX County Superior court, the judge XXXX XXXX refused to accept the facts. I think he should move in to live with the bank because he made his ruling so much favor to the bank. XXXX! I am woundering why should the court system even exists from the first place. Then, I already submitted my loan modification again ( I have to starte all over again ) through XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. Now, Nationstar Mortgage , LLC served me a " Trustee sale '' dated XX/XX/XXXX again. This is another violation of XXXX. Consumer Complaint: I lost my job in XXXX I called Nationstar to tell them. They said to make payments when I could. I was unable to. I had a problem getting unemployment & assistance. In XXXX XXXX I got full time & called to tell them I had received full time & would be able to make payments regularly again. I later learned it was the day after I called, they foreclosed on me. But, unaware at first of my foreclosure status we discussed a loan modification. It took them from XXXX to finally sort out & finally accept my paperwork making me redo & resend documents several times. Made a payment in XXXX XXXX ( got sent back 3 weeks later ). XXXX XXXX XXXX payment, they kept that. When I went to pay XXXX I was unable to. I was told my modification packet had expired. Needed a new XXXX every 90 days. In XXXX I spoke to a law firm that said it was up to me weather or not to pay them. That I could wait til I 'm served & they would handle it from there. On XXXX I sent in a modification packet, I called on XXXX to check in the status I was told at that time my home was to be sold at auction on XXXX. I was told all through out this time there was nothing to worry about, no sale date, I was even told by XXXX representative to go ahead & put a new roof on my house ( I did not do that ). I called the courthouse I was told they tried serving me but they did an avoidance waiver on me. Apparently, I 'm not allowed to work. I was then informed the man I bought my house from 15 years ago & have n't spoken to since was served. When I asked why he was served no one could answer that question for me. I still do n't know why til this day. So, the court went ahead because according to them someone involved in the case had been served even though no one had. I was sent a letter dated the XXXX from Nationstar saying if they had received my packet 15 days prior to the sale date they could have helped me ... they received it 14 days. Since then I have not received an eviction notice, but the new owners have started renovations on the home with some of my property still in it. I lived in that home for 15 years & paid on time until I lost my job. I am lucky to have a place to go with my XXXX yr old daughter, many are not quite so fortunate.

Consumer Complaint: I 'm certain that Nationstar figured out my account wrong and the payoff - deducted and paid from the Escrow Company to NS - was incorrect in a significant way. If not refunded I 'll file a lawsuit against Nationstar with the State Bar of California. With Letter from XX/XX/2016 and XX/XX/2016 " Changes to Your Mortgage Interest Rate and Payments ( see attachments ) I get the information that my monthly payments are now {$2300.00} I paid this amount the entire year 2016 month for month. The statement shows clear that this amount contains the payments for PRINCIPLE, INTEREST and ESCROW! Payments were made in time. In the " Mortgage Payoff Statement '' from XX/XX/2016 Nationstar charged additional {$9.00} on Interest, XXXX for Escrow advances and {$5.00} for 'paid Expenses ' ( such one are included in the escrow account ). As a result the amount of {$22.00} can not be added to the unpaid principal balance and have to be refunded incl. Interests! I was calling several times, wrote several letters and an email ( which was delivered! ) but get never a corrected statement. This " Customer Service practices '' is shown in many complaints against NS. I get only a meaningless letter! The mentioned amount of about $ XXXX was paid via Escrow with the sale of my house in XXXX in addition to the Principal Balance. Nationstar : If you not refund the full amount I 'm asking you for separated, detailed breakdowns of each item in the payoff statement ( Principle, Interest and Escrow account ), also a detailed statement from all payments Nationstar get monthly for this account : mortgage payments, additional mortgage payments over the last year and the payments from my Trustee to Nationstar. A Civil Suit with the State Bar of California ( with the request of a general audit of this NS practices ) will be filed if the case is not solved within 15 days.
