Consumer Complaint: Hello 1st. XXXX XXXX XXXX keeps mailing personal information of mine to old addresses that I know longer reside at. I have called national credit systems on many occasions to have them remove the old addresses and I have given them my current address and correct phone number and they still keep sending my private information to old addressed. I only know this because my XXXX ex husband resides at the address that national credit systems keeps sending my mail to. XXXX XXXX XXXX has also discussed debt details to my ex husband and this is absolutely not okay. 2nd. The debt they are accusing me of has been settled with the original creditor. I have sent receipts as well as a copy of my bank statements to national credit systems where they still refuse to remove my debt because I did not pay them directly.

Consumer Complaint: During Covid, we electronically signed a 9 month apartment lease for my daughter to attend college. The day I signed, was traveling for business and read agreement, noticed their error and called. The " kid '' answering the phones for XXXX 's XXXX said he was the one who drew it up and wpuld make the change and file it. My daughter, XXXX, and I repeatedly called and wrote messages in the portal - every time they apologized and said it would be corrected. When she was moving out, they imformed her it was a 12 month lease ( her roomate, wh she signed with had a 9 month ) - we explained the whole situation and they denied it. I wemt to the portal to retrieve the messages and was locked out of it. I have corresponded in writing, letters, directly to them and collections agency. The collections agency discontinued contacting me after the letter and is now contacting my daughter. The error is on their inept staff and due to short staffing issues during covid. My daughter and her roommate were never able to get answers and when they would walk to the office, no ome would be working. We paid our 9 months. We were out of the apartment after 9 months, paid on time and respectful renters. Change the lease to the 9 month period and we are paid in full. As we repeatedly tried to get them to do and employees stated they would get it changed. " No problem ''. But when we would ask for a revised copy there was no response, calls, messages. Just please drop the invalid 3 mos rent. A XXXX in college, came home for the summer - 2021

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of XXXX I sent national credit systems a letter to validate a debt that was placed by them on my credit report. I did not receive a response back until XX/XX/XXXX, which was basically a discounted offer. I replied back in XXXX that they failed to validate this alleged debt that I do not owe. In XXXX they sent me another statement that is absolutely inaccurate, The " rental agreement '' they sent shows I moved out on XX/XX/XXXX. However they are trying to charge me rent from XXXX. I did not live there at that time and my balance was cleared to a XXXX the date I did my final walk-thru with the agent there at the time, Also Ive included the rental agreement they sent, on page XXXX I've highlighted where they CLEARLY ALTERED this document. You can see they whited out the area and typed in XXXX. This debt is not owed by me.

Consumer Complaint: Ive been trying to dispute this account through National Credit System since its on my credit report. I have never receive any notice from the apartments thats I used to live that I owe anything. I was never late on rent and left in good terms. Contract was never broken and the 3 months were given before we move out in XX/XX/2018. Ive been trying to dispute this and this company keep denying stating is my account and all the information is accurate but they dont have anything to prove its mine. I contacted this apartment complex but they sold it 3 yrs ago and name have change and they dont know who previous owners are. I send through mail a letter to National Credit System requesting information about this account and I havent receive any response back. I also call and request information to be email or send my mail and the lady told me they dont have anything to prove this account was mine. I request to speak to a supervisor and she told me she was busy that she will call me back and till this date Nobody have call me back. I keep disputing this and it keeps getting reject it. If they dont even have anything to prove this account is mine and there is no way to get in touch with those apartments owners how Im supposed to pay for something that not even they know if is mine or not. My credit shows were they report my payments as excellent never late so how I owe anything. We left un good terms and I never received any letter or call from this apartments that I owe anything to them either. When I go to their website and search for the account they have for me its not even bringing anything up.

Consumer Complaint: I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that I owe XXXX from an apartment complex that I moved out of. I paid the last XXXX rent on XX/XX/XXXX, I already provided a XXXX XXXX notice on XXXX XXXX. My move out date was XX/XX/XXXX. I returned both sets of keys and the office provided a document that stated they received my keys. In XXXX XXXX XXXX, I received a letter from this company. I called the company and they stated that they didnt know why I had a account with them but the lady stated that apartment complex sent me to collections for unpaid utilities. Mind you I paid everything before I left and the company charged me for utilities which was in my name and I transferred it to my new place. Im not responsible for a complex utilities if Im not occupying the property. This company is trying to collect on something that Im not responsible for.

Consumer Complaint: I moved out of my mothers apt in early XXXX. My mother passed away in XXXX and they are trying to collect a debt from me of XXXX for breaking lease and charging her. I tried to go to office its under new ownership ( the charges listed include dates the company was not in ownership as well ) I went to XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX nc as they owned at the time. They refused to give me a copy of lease and threatened to call police on me. Credit agency has yet to produce a valid proof of ownership I have been contacting them since last year. I request the lease that was given to them and I have yet to receive it. The most recent agent put me on hold in mid conversation because I asked for the lease and he said I should have it myself. ( Which I dont because I live in a different state ) I have notarized address proof. As well as my lease renewal I also receive South Carolina XXXX XXXX and Gov assistance for my child since I have been living here ( XXXX ) and the company is charging for XXXX The collection agency switches my agent everytime I ask for legal proof of debt. This is the 3rd agent over this matter. I have disputed multiple times as well as sent in supporting documents to all 3 major credit agencies I will be glad to submit all supporting documentation I have. Every lease has to be renewed and signed. I never came to sign. I also have a email from the property manager to my deceased mother stating they would let her out of the lease it was approved by the regional manager I can also submit tax returns filed in my state of sc if needed as well.

Consumer Complaint: To whom it may concern, My daughter had to have XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX at the time we lived at XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX I was " Co Applicant ''. I knew at the time we moved in XX/XX/2017 that we would be moving or relocating to lower level or moving entirely and only be there no more then 6 month 's also knowing the Applicant was staying in the apartment anyway after I left. My daughter could not XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX the office knew this at the time of move in this was coming. XXXX XXXX is a friend of mine and he knows my daughter went through this as well. I have sent certified letter to all 3 Bureaus with proof and have made several attempts to get this off my credit report and disputes as well, with this still not resolved. I have sent as proof and email giving my 30 day notice, proof of my daughters XXXX, time and date etc. I need this off my report, my daughter is now XXXX will be going to college and I am a single mother hoping to send her to college by knowing I will have to take a loan out for that expense. please help me resolve this or at least direction.
