Consumer Complaint: I am the consumer writing and there is no third party involved.National Credit Systems a debt are reporting inaccurate information to the national consumer reporting agencies to coerce payment. The FDCPA was passed to eliminate abusive, deceptive, and unfair debt collection practices. According to my records, I do not recall giving National Credit Systems a debt any prior consent to communicate with me aboutanymatter.Was I even given a choice to hold an account with National Credit Systems a debt? How do I owe National Credit Systems? How was this verified? National Credit Systems and XXXX and XXXX ignored my recent disputes and never provided sufficient evidence because this can not be verified. XXXX send an automated response without even investigating which violated the FCRA. Fraud is wrongful or criminal deception intended to resultin financial or personal gain. And that is exactly what National Credit Systems, XXXX, and XXXX are, a fraud.In additionto that, furnishing this alleged debt to the national reporting agencies to coerce payment violates 15 USC 1692d ( 4 ). XXXX was not habitable. And do I not have a right to PRIVACY? Why was I never given the option to opt out of this reporting? Why was I never given an option to opt out of an account with NCS? In other words, this sounds like account LACKS FULL DISCLOSURE, AND ADEQUATE CONSIDERATION! I never agreed to any terms with National Credit Systems, THEY WERE FORCED ON ME. There was no working AC for MONTHS, water leaks, pest were NOT CONTROLLED and I refuse to pay this debt.Prove tome how this extension of credit with XXXX even became a debt with NCS. Please send a complete audit trail with accounting history evidencing added charges, and payments made since I have never even seen it.I wish to deal with this matter only in writing.NCS must cease all communications engaging any conduct to harass, oppress me in connection with collection of a debt, except by US Postal mail to inform me thatcollection activities are being stopped. In accordance with 15 USC 1692c ( c ), I refuse to pay this debt. To be clear, Communication means reporting of an alleged debt to XXXX. Communication under the FDCPA means The convenience of information regarding a debt, directly or indirectly to any person through any medium. I demand this tradeline bedeleted from all national consumer reporting agencies as it is preventing me from obtaining a car and house for myfamily. Not to mention, the mental anguish that comes with it not being able to provide for my family.I am writing to claim all rights, titles and interest on the subject matter. Consumer Complaint: I have been disputing this account for almost a year both with the credit bureaus and creditor and is very unsuccessful. I requested for reinvestigation and documents how the investigation was done and i have not received anything back as yet. I filed a police report and gave them all the documents to help with the investigation and also mailed them twice, it came back as undeliverable. They fail to investigate the account.

Consumer Complaint: In 2017 someone used my either lost or stolen government ID to get an apartment on which they have an eviction, got medical bills in my name, utility accounts, and bank accounts. I've contacted several companies and most of their advice was to file an identity theft report first.I contacted the apartments and the debt collection agencies, and they weren't able to help me. Literally every single account open and in collections from 2017 was not me. I attached my credit report that has all of the information for more help and detail. Consumer Complaint: National credit systems is reporting inaccurately. This account is labeled as a collection and it is reporting a past due amount. That is illegal. There is a balance listed higher than the actual amount. The amount is {$1500.00} but is showing a past due amount of {$1500.00}. This is also illegal. The date of last reported, last activity, & date it opened is also inconsistently reported across all three bureaus. This is also a violation. This account keeps increasing and decreasing the amount on this collection. No payments have been made towards this account so it should not not be increasing and decreasing the amount. This is illegal. I have disputed this account several times with no results. All three credit bureaus have failed to provide a method of verification letter. They have only verified and updated this account every time with no proof.

Consumer Complaint: on XX/XX/2022 I disputed National Credit SystemsXXXX XXXX to dispute the validity of this debt that has somehow appeared on my credit without my written consent pursuant to 15 USC 1681b. I received a letter today where I noticed a lot of violations. Please see below Fact, The Truth in Lending Act is intended to inform consumers about the cost of credit. Fact, The Truth in Lending Act is intended to protect consumers against abuse and deceit by creditors and I have been and deceived so be it. Fact, Affiant is aware and has proof in attachment labeled as exhibit A that National Credit System , INC is in violation of 15 U.S. Code 1692. ( C ) ( A ). A debt collector may not communicate with a consumer in connection with collection with any debt. Fact, Affiant is aware and has proof in attachment labeled as exhibit A that National Credit System , INC is in violation of 15 U.S. Code 1692. ( B ) ( 2 ). Any debt collector communicating with any person other than the consumer for the purpose of acquiring location information about the consumer shall not state that such consumer owe any debt. Consumer Complaint: Letter sent XX/XX/2022 refuse to sign and sent back to me confirming my identity and name My name is not XXXX XXXX XXXX - that name is used on fraudulent accounts per the police report Letter sent again on XX/XX/2022 Attached Identity Theft Report Attached Police Report License attached with new driver license # separating me from the fraud that was committed by defendant XXXX XXXX. Full court records is public information. XXXX XXXX was found guilty of Fraud/ Impersonation - XXXX I have reviewed my credit report again XX/XX/XXXX and the 2 National Credit Systems account continue to reflect on my credit reports and I have not received PROPER validation from creditor to validate National Credit Systems with XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX and National Credit Systems with XXXX on XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX to validate these 2 accounts as correctly belonging to me, nor has my credit report been updated to reflect that the account has been disputed and therefore a 2nd validation letter was sent out this day. After reviewing credit report again on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX there have been no updates and account is still reflecting on my credit report. These fraudulent accounts were removed by the assigned detective XXXX, ( XXXX ) of XXXX XXXX Police Department on my case and now they are back reporting on my credit report after I submitted Identity Theft Affavidit years ago. Spoke with XXXX XXXX Collection Representative XXXX ID THEFT To whom it may concern, I wrote you requesting validation of this alleged debt. I asked for very specific information in my initial request and again in my re-sponse to the information you sent on ( XX/XX/2022 ). I requested information that proves that not only a debt is owed and a breakdown of the debt, but that I am the party re-sponsible for paying it. As of today, you have failed to supply the demanded proof of the al-leged debt. Your response to my request was not a debt validation so I can presume that no proof of the alleged debt, nor therefore any such debt, in fact exists. In a final act of good faith to resolve this matter amicably, I restate my demand for proof of the debt, specifically the alleged contract or the other instrument bearing my signature, as well as proof of your authority in this matter. If you cant provide these items, you must terminate this collection action and correct any erroneous reports of this debt as mine. Failure to do so will result in me filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission for violating my rights as a consumer. The inaccurate reporting of this account is costing me thousands of dollars a year in interest. For the record, I state again that as I have no account with you, nor am I your customer, nor have I entered into a contract with you
