Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I satisfactorily completed my XXXX lease at the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Ga XXXX 1. On XX/XX/2022 I requested cancellation of my Residential utility services Georgia XXXX and notified XXXX XXXX who also manages the XXXX XXXX utility billings. 2. On XX/XX/2022 I received the Final Move Out statement from XXXX XXXX, XXXX at XXXX XXXX Property XXXX. 3. I personally questioned XXXX XXXX in the office regarding the additional {$270.00} payment due. XXXX statement was all Utilities are prorated and this is my final bill. 4. XXXX stated that the final bill due was due of {$270.00} but only payable at the XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX. 5. XXXX XXXX provided me copies of my Final Ledger which shows I owed the {$270.00} as of XX/XX/2022. In driving back to GA to speak directly with XXXX XXXX regarding the ledger, I clearly showed that I was being charged an additional {$130.00} for services now totaling ( {$410.00} ) when clearly, I was now longer under any contractual agreement with XXXX at XXXX XXXX from XX/XX/2022, and I do not owe for future nonuse of the apartment or residential services Im being charged for by XXXX XXXX that are listed on the ledger. 6. XXXX XXXX agreed I didn't owe the additional {$130.00}. I had believed he corrected the error as we reviewed the ledger on his computer. 7. XXXX XXXX stated I should wait for the final bill to be sent from XXXX as XXXX would collect the final payment. 8. I moved back to Florida and never received the final bill from XXXX via email nor physical mail per my mail forward request. 9. I reached out to XXXX XXXX for an update with no contact. I reached out to XXXX and was told the final bill payment for {$270.00} was to be paid directly to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. 9. Payment was sent to the XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX via certified Mail in the amount of {$270.00} as final payments owed to XXXX at XXXX XXXX. 10. I do not owe any debt to the XXXX XXXX XXXX, nor do I owe any debt to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, GA XXXX who has placed this fraudulent amount for {$410.00} as a collection account on my credit reports to attempt to collect on a debt not owed.

Consumer Complaint: My complaint is against NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS. Today I pulled a copy of my credit reports, and upon doing so I discovered that NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS is reporting a collection account to XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX while also reporting inconsistent across the credit bureaus. NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS is also incorrectly reporting that they are attorneys on my XXXX report. Impersonating Law Officials is a direct violation of federal law. They are in clear violation of 15 USC 1692f that the FTC very clearly spells out that " A debt collector may not use any false, deceptive, or misleading representation or means in connection with the collection of any debt ''. I am demanding that NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS delete the collection account they are reporting under my social security number immediately.

Consumer Complaint: I received a letter from National Credit Systems Inc. on XX/XX/2022, that I owed to XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, SC. XXXX amount {$10000.00}. They have authorization from them to pay 50 % of the above amount ( {$5000.00} ) to close the case. Unfortunately, I received the said letter after I paid to them {$7000.00} to National Credit System Inc. according to collection representative asked me for pay to close the case. So I called the XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and signed a fraud report on them. But National Credit Systems IncXXXX has been processed the {$10000.00} on my Credit score report so, it's effective my credit score for 03 months. Consumer Complaint: I got the collection notice from National Credit Systems , Inc regarding my debt from my previous apartment ( XXXXXX/XX/XXXXXXXX, TN ) amount due of {$400.00}. Upon receiving notice, I have immediately contacted both credit agency and XXXX XXXX office to resolve the issue. After series of emails and evidence submission, the XXXX XXXX apartment manager sent a confirmation email to me that i don't owe anything and it was mistake of old management. I have notified same thing to collection agency. I have again received another letter from the same collection Agency ( National Credit Systems , Inc, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, GA XXXX ) on XX/XX/22 regarding the same issue. I have called them and notify the settlement with XXXX apartment. They were rude and threaten to put it my credit report. I have repetitively told them to check with apartment office but no positive response. I have also called XXXX XXXX and asked them to notify them. With all these efforts to resolve this matter, they still put the mark on my credit report today which impacted my credit score. Please help me resolve this matter and take action against this credit collection company.

I also understand that knowing and willful misstatements or omissions of material facts constitutes a FEDERAL CRIMINAL VIOLATION punishable under 18 USC 1001. Consumer Complaint: On XXXX I received an email from my credit monitoring service. It informed me that my credit score had dropped a tremendous amount of points. I logged on and found that National Credit Systems had illegally posted an alleged collection account to my credit profile. Prior to the email, I have never heard of nor had an account with this company. My report shows that it is an open account and was opened on XX/XX/ with a balance of {$6500.00}. I had no knowledge of this company nor this alleged debt. I have never had any dealings with this company. By federal law, a debt collector is supposed to make contact with an alleged debtor and give them 30 days to validate or dispute. I never receive a letter in the mail that gave me 30 days to validate or dispute this account. I never received a letter stating that I have an alleged debt with this company and owe a balance on that account. Again, I have absolutely no knowledge of this account with them. I understand that, under the FDCPA guidelines for collection agencies, they have to provide ( 1 ) proof that they are the original holder of this debt and can legally hold me responsible for paying this debt and ( 2 ) contractual proof of obligation or an assignment SIGNED from an officer from the original creditors corporation that I am supposed to pay them. 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) grants me the right to request validation of this alleged debt they say I owe. I did not receive notice of right to dispute nor did I receive enough information to verify that the alleged debt belonged to me. If I would have gotten anything in the mail or phone call from this company before they illegally reported to my credit report, I would have respectfully requested evidence that I am the person they are asking to pay this debt and a contractual obligation that legally binds me to pay them this debt. Upon them receiving my validation letter, they would have to legally cease from collection calls, letters, and efforts and delete the account from my credit files until they can validate this debt. But again, I never received such a letter about this account or phone call ever in the mail. They have illegally posted and reported to my credit file without adhering to the FDCPA laws. Im not sure if this company is a scam, but I know that this company has broken FCRA and FDCPA laws by reporting an alleged account to my credit report without informing me through mail or phone and I did not receive notice of right to dispute nor did I receive enough information to verify that the alleged debt belonged to me. My credit score has dropped tremendously in the middle of making a major purchase. Please help me get his account removed immediately. I'm preparing to sue under the FCRA and FDCPA because of the damages to my credit and opportunity costs with making a major purchase and business ventures that have to be delayed until this illegal account is removed.
