Consumer Complaint: I am a victim of identity theft and I have submitted a notarized affidavit which serves as a legal document of my identity theft. I am also a victim of the XXXX breach and opted out of the settlement because I have suffered extreme losses due to the breach and the identity theft. I need the fraud accounts that are in my letter that is attached removed permanently from my file as I have also contacted the creditors as well. This is extreme in violation of my fair credit reporting act rights and I will seek legal recourse. I have also attached the printout of me being affected by the XXXX breach as well.

Consumer Complaint: I rent an apartment from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, under a rental agreement for a year, XXXX days later from my residence at the apartment i sent an official email to the management company to breakup the lease with a 30 days notice and I asked for a clearance letter from them, after a month and after I payed off the entire balance, i spoke with the office manager to leave the apartment she came and checked the apartment and i left the keys with her, and i make to clear her if i owe more money she said nothing you are good to go and if you owe us anything you will see it online 6 month later I figured that the company transferred me to a collection agency and they reported me on the credit bureau without any further notice or a letter or a phone prior yo their action and when i spoke with them over the phone they said that they sent a letter to me to a wrong address, however the XXXX knows my residence address i made it clear to the them before i left that my mailing address based on my license and was mentioned on the lease at New Jersey, when i spoke recently with the management company of the company they said spoke with the collection agency they can not do anything and also they dont want to provide me with what they i owe to them which I figured from the collection agency {$890.00} which i paid what i owe before i left the complex via my bank account

Consumer Complaint: In or around XX/XX/XXXX, I received notice from the National Credit Systems , Inc, that I owed a debt to Ascent at XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$1200.00}. I repeatedly made attempts to contact management about a notice that was left on my door, in which I told them I didn't understand, in which the notice was about resigning my lease, but they never answered the phone, nor were they in the office, which is around when Covid hit. On my lease it states that i should have given a 60 day notice, in which I linked up with management at and was allowed by XXXX XXXX, to give a 30 day notice. XXXX XXXX gave me a notice to vacate, she crossed out the 60 day part, and wrote 30 day notice, she also filled in the rest of the form and wrote, As of XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX does not owe any more money to XXXX of XXXX, my lease was due to expire on XX/XX/XXXX. As they feel like the lease is a signed contract, I feel like the notice to vacate is a signed legal document also. XXXX XXXX chose to void the contract, and now wants to hold me accountable over a year later. I moved, and placed these apts as my previous residence, because I knew I left in good standing. They are trying to charge me for damages without proof, cleaning fee, in which I cleaned unit myself, and a lease termination. Had XXXX XXXX not agreed to honor the 30 day notice, I would simply have stayed in the unit and allowed myself time to present a 60 day notice, or I could have signed on to lease from month to month. XXXX XXXX refused to walk the unit the day of signing the notice to vacate, again because of covid, now they wan na come with made up charges. I have XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX for oven 15 years, I am not a nasty person. I cleaned that unit because I knew I wanted my deposit returned. I can also prove through their work order system, that the only damages to that unit, was because negligence on the maintenance staff, in which due to repeated flooding inside the wall and under the sink, the bottom of the cabinet collasped, and was full of mold. A square was cut out in the wall to access the leak, and was never repaired the entire time I lived in the unit. I feel as though, if I owed and money, it should have been noted in the Notice To Vacate, not when my new apartments contact you, when Im trying to move over a year later.
