Consumer Complaint: I have filed several disputes with XXXX and they have not properly resolved my issue! This account has been deleted from XXXX and XXXX due to the companies lack of information! I called XXXX on XX/XX/ to ask how did they validate the information and I was told that the company verified by just saying it was me without having to show XXXX actual proof like a signed contract with both parties signature or no proof of some type of relationship between me and National Credit System. I have given XXXX my Identification and past addresses history bank statements to prove that this is not my account and that i dont have any relationship with them This company has not provided anything but a word which is a violation of my rights I need them to provide me with actual proof or delete immediately because this has caused enough damage

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/, we received our final account statement from XXXX XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$1500.00}. We disputed some of the charges and it was reduced down to about {$600.00}. We disputed again and they again adjusted the balance to {$500.00}. I still sent in a dispute that the charges were not correct. They were charging us for a carpet cleaning that should have only been {$65.00} and they charged us for holes in a wall and there were no holes in the wall. The even sent pictures where there were no holes in the walls. The comparison report that they sent from move in to move out did not match the charges that were being charged. I tried numerous times and the least few days they stopped responding to email all together. I tried to communicate with the property manager XXXX XXXX, the regional manager XXXX XXXX and the regional vice president XXXX XXXX. I had even sent emails to their corporate office in Tennessee to XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and no response at all from them. The only amount that we should owe is {$9.00}. I have all email correspondence and the letters that were sent. The charge for {$380.00} needs to be removed as we patched all holes which is what we have always done while living in XXXX brand Apartments and the carpet charge should only have been {$65.00} according to the lease.

Consumer Complaint: National Credit Systems sent me a letter in XX/XX/2023 stating that I owed XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I contacted the agency to dispute the charges and was told that I would receive an email on instructions to provide documentation. I received the email two weeks later and the agency reported the debt to the credit bureaus although I was disputing. I have provided documentation to show that the debt is invalid and they still have not notified the credit bureaus that I am disputing the debt or removed it.

Consumer Complaint: I called National Credit Systems on XX/XX/2023 about a collection that is showing on my reports. I spoke with XXXX XXXX ( collection manager ). She explained the debt was from a previous apartment I had rented in XXXX and the charges were from carpet cleaning, I ask to see the billing statement from the apartment and pictures she sent photos only, I offered to settle the debt only if she agreed to delete the account of my credit reports, she said she could do that but refused to put it in writing. I told her I needed it in writing, she claimed she couldnt do that she could lose her job. She verbally agreed to delete but refused multiple times to put it on paper. She was very rude and talked over me, said that I wasnt worth losing her job over, she has kids she has to feed, and I could either take her word for it or it can just stay on my credit. She also claimed the phone call was being recorded, I find this very unprofessional they way she spoke to me and tried to belittle me. If she can agree verbally there is no reason she couldnt put the good will deletion in writing. I want this removed off my report asap and this company needs to be sued for the way they speak to clients.
