Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2023 - I sent pay for deletion certified mail document to National Credit Systems Inc after finding out this debt existed from checking my credit report. The immediately denied my request by telephone. XX/XX/2023 - Called National Credit Systems to figure out if anything was possible regarding payment plan. They agreed that if I could pay 70 % of the debt then thr accont would be resolved. Later in the same phone call I asked if I could get this agreement in writing and the agent said No because the offer is time sensitive. I pleaded with her that I needed it in writing and she said okay but the 70 % offer would be cancelled and I would have to pay in full. I said respectfully, I need proof of our agreed upon payment before I pay anything. She then proceeded to tell me that my credit would be ruined because they will make sure its reported every month. After the phone call, I received an email from the company regarding the agreement of 70 % paid would take care of the account. However, the agreement changed to 70 % in full by XX/XX/2023 2023

Consumer Complaint: Collection agency closed last dispute as duplicate, when it was never resolved. I have never even received written communication from them. I have requested a physical signature, picture id and proof of verification before leasing an apartment in my name. A police report has now been filed. See Original complaint.. Please have this company provide a copy of the drivers license and a copy of the social security. Show a physical signature to pick up keys, not an electronic signature. XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX Complaint Details.. I have provided a police report, social security card, drivers license, previous divorce paper, new marriage license, and my last three leases to show that I have lived in XXXX since XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called XXXX XXXX back in XX/XX/XXXX, spoke with XXXX again and asked him the status of this, he told me that they have been in touched with apartment complex and requested a copy of the lease and a copy of my drivers license and was told by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that they did not have this or any file for me. I asked him why then is this on my credit report and he told me that the apartment complex has 30 days to provide documentation. I explained that me and my husband are trying to purchase a restaurant, he told me he understood. In the beginning of XX/XX/XXXX I called National Credit Systems back, spoke with XXXX again. This time he had an attitude, I told him that my restaurant deal fell through because of this collections on my credit report. I asked him why has it not been removed he told me that they did not receive a police report with my fraud packet. I told him I don't have to file a police report I am and have been in a different state, that the apartment complex can't even provide a lease or a drivers license that this is not right because this debt is not mine. I told him I was going to file a complaint, and he told me OK do that. This debt is not mine, they know this and will not remove it from my credit report

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to report a critical issue regarding my credit profile, which has been compromised due to identity theft. National Credit System ( NCS ) has reported damaging information regarding a {$1200.00} debt that I am wrongly associated with. Despite my efforts, NCS and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX have failed to provide any supporting documents or address the situation adequately. Attached to this letter, you will find a police report confirming that I, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, have never resided in XXXX, Florida, where the alleged lease was established. This evidence, coupled with the lack of supporting documentation, undeniably proves that this incident is a case of identity theft, not a legitimate debt. I urge the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to promptly rectify this matter by removing the inaccurate information from my credit report. This fraudulent debt is jeopardizing my ability to purchase an investment property in a timely manner, and its presence on my profile has severe financial implications. Furthermore, I request a thorough investigation into who these individuals are who have comitted this fraudulent charge. National Credit System and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX have yet to provide any documents such as lease or ID. i provided a police report which also says that i have no ties to anywhere even remotely close to XXXX Florida. By holding these entities accountable, you will not only safeguard the integrity of your credit reporting process but also protect innocent individuals from the detrimental effects of identity theft. Thank you for your attention to this matter and for your swift action in resolving it. I have confidence in the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau 's commitment to fair and accurate credit reporting. Please contact me if any additional information or documentation is required to assist in resolving this issue. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
