Consumer Complaint: I have a dispute with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, XXXX, NC XXXX for early termination fees date being XXXXXXXX XXXX I had security deposit insurance through XXXX. XXXX was suggested and promoted to me by XXXX XXXX XXXX apartments. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX reported the account to National Credit Systems , Inc in XXXX XXXX without filing a claim with XXXX. The policy with XXXX was still active. I've tried thru phone calls and certified mail ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) to get help with this dispute. XXXX XXXX XXXX has not responded to any of my attempts to resolve this issue. National Credit Systems hasn't helped either. Please any help is appreciated.

Consumer Complaint: National Credit Systems has a debt collection with an open balance of {$2300.00} by original creditor XXXX XXXX on my XXXX credit report opened XX/XX/2022 I have never rented from XXXX XXXX nor have I been a cosigner for anyone ever. I have been renting my current home through a private landlord for the last 4 years and after further investigation it appears that XXXX XXXX is an entirely fraudulent company that operates out of the Philippines according to their facebook page, I believe that if they have any information substantiating this debt it is fraudulent and the fact that they rejected my credit dispute with XXXX makes them complicit in this fraud.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX Arizona sent a manufactured charge to collections after I moved out of the apartment I lived in XX/XX/2022. They have listed multiple utility charges for the month of XXXX even though I moved out on the XX/XX/XXXX as stated in the move out statement. On top of that there is a carpet cleaning charge that was initiated which they already have advertised in the beginning of the lease for 1 free carpet cleaning service which they have never performed. They have sent {$92.00} to a collection agency called NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS INC. I would like to have XXXX XXXX XXXX to be investigated since they are a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I believe there could millions of victims with such similar or same fraudulent & manufactured charges sent to collections. I also would like to ask for an investigation if there is any investor relationship between XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX and National Credit systems Inc National Credit Systems , Inc . XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, GA XXXX, that both parties may be working together to defraud unsuspecting tenants of Millions of dollars every year.

Consumer Complaint: Im not pleased with the continuous fabrication from this company. the compant stated that there was a set out. That is not true my grandmother and I was given the option to stay because the office manager XXXX at the time spoke to the represenatives and agreed to the payment. We moved because we no longer wantd to stay there. My grandmother and I consulted in the the apartment office on XX/XX/2021 @ XXXXXXXX XXXX. I am entitled to have a accurate credit report, I need the original documentation of a set out. Legally I am entitled to see evidence per the FDCPA of an infraction on my credit profile. This account has stressed us to the max. Per section XXXX of the FDCPA debt collector may not se any false, deceptive, or misleading representation or means in collection of any debt. i was mailed copied documentation and im entilted to the original documentation.I have proven receipts ive sent in the prior claim. thisis unfair and unjust. the collection company made a astatement about when the payment was sent but it waas sent at the time he property manager XXXX agreed to take the rental assistance from the XXXX program.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Apt XXXX XXXX XXXX, GA XX/XX/2023 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, GA XXXX Subject : Cease and Desist Communication Pursuant to FDCPA, Title 15 USC 1692a ( 6 ) and Title 15 USC 1692c ( c ) Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you in regards to the communication I have received from your company, National Credit Systems , Inc. , regarding an alleged debt. This letter serves as a formal notice demanding that you immediately cease and desist all communication with me through ALL and ANY MEDIUM except for communication of remedies for XXXX XXXX, the natural person and consumer, via EMAIL ONLY, as outlined under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), specifically under Title 15 USC 1692a ( 6 ) and Title 15 USC 1692c ( c ). Pursuant to Title 15 USC 1692c ( c ), I dispute the ALLEGED debt and refuse to pay the ALLEGED debt. According to my rights as a consumer under the FDCPA and pursuant to Title 15 USC 1692c ( c ) ( 2 ), I am entitled to request the following remedies : XXXX out the balance of this account. Consumer Complaint: I do not have a signed contract agreement with National Credit Systems therefor I do not owe any money to National Credits System. I am requesting a signed copy from XXXX XXXX showing my signature for the charges of {$1000.00} ( not the lease ), where did I sign agreeing to these charges? A receipt is not an acknowledgment without my signature stating that I agree to those charges. A copy of a lease is not acceptable!! Please show me a signed signature on the receipt stating that I owe that amount to XXXX XXXX ( again not a copy of my lease!! ) and that I agreed to those charges. The lease is not proof that I owe {$1000.00} to XXXX XXXX. Again, I don't have a signed contract agreement with National Credits System. National Credits System needs to provide me with proof that I owe National Credits System. Provide me with a copy of a signed agreement between myself and National Credits System.
