Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX managers did not properly file the termination or non-renewal of lease termination notice into their system. The notice was given by one of the tenants on XX/XX/XXXX in the main office, more than 60 days of notice that was required by the lease. The given notice was received by a manager who no longer works at cXXXX XXXX XXXX. Consumer Complaint: National Credit Systems XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX GA XXXX Account XXXX submitted a false and frivilous account based on misleading information from Creditor -- XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX. I terminated application process with apartment mgr XX/XX/2018. I never signed actual leasing papers and never submitted a deposit because XXXX who was acting on behalf of the properly verbally terminated the application process. At that time, she instructed me that the process was complete and nothing else was required on my part. I have several voice mails from her indicating all of the above actions. To add I never had keys nor did I ever take physical possession of any units because XXXX was acting on behalf of the leasing agent and again terminated all associated actions. I have reached out to XXXX XXXX XXXX and phonetically and thru certified mail and they have purposely refused to communicate with me. However, National Credit Systems have and they are aware that they made have been misled when they assummed the account as there never should have been an account from the start.

XXXX XXXX XXXX Georgia stating that I owe {$3700.00} debt to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Az. In fact my lease was till XXXX and I informed to the Apartment management one month before ending the lease that i dont want to continue further I left the keys in there drop box on XXXX XX/XX/. After that I received the notice from collection agency that I owe money. The apartment management did not contacted me and did not sent any written letter that I owe some thing to them. After 4 months Im receiving letter form collection agency I called to XXXX XXXX the collection representative and told her I dont owe any money to the apartment people o Also asked her to send me the written explanation of this debt they did not sent me any information and they reported it to the credit Bureau.Now this debt is on my credit report which I dont owe.

Consumer Complaint: National credit systems inc. is constantly harassing me for a fraudulent collection from an apartment complex called XXXX XXXX. Theyre claiming I owe XXXX and threatened to get a fraudulent judgement against me to try and garnish my bank account which contains my XXXX social security Benefits and child support. Both of these types of income are exempt. I dont owe this money and have provided proof from station heights resident account dated XX/XX/XXXX showing a zero balance. I closed on a home on XX/XX/XXXX and my lease expired on XX/XX/XXXX. I moved out XX/XX/XXXX and station heights cashed a check from me dated XX/XX/XXXX for {$560.00} for final move out rent payment with utilities included all noted on the check they cashed. please keep in mind ( THEY DONT ACCEPT ANY PARTIAL RENT PAYMENTS ) I owe absolutely nothing as if I owed I would not have been able to purchase a home if I was someone who didnt pay my rent. I lived at this apartment complex for 6 years and they have changed mgmt. many times. They would often charge erroneous fees to receive extra money from tenants. Not once was I ever late in paying rent I have an impeccable rental history. XXXX XXXX is retaliating against me because I complained about their maintenance issues to corporate and because I refused their lease renewal and bought a home instead. I have documents proving when I closed on the home XX/XX/XXXX, copy of the cashed check for {$560.00} dated XX/XX/XXXX, bank statement showing they cashed it, lease showing it expired XX/XX/XXXX, moving company receipt dated XX/XX/XXXX and resident log in dated XX/XX/XXXX showing a zero balance with my name and apartment number. They constantly call and send threatening letters to try an intimidate me which is not a tactic thats working. I know my rights are being violated and this is a fraudulent collection. I sent them a cease and desist letter via email on XX/XX/XXXX and have filed disputes with all 3 credit bureaus. I will not be bullied and or forced to pay a fraudulent debt. If I moved out on XX/XX/XXXX why would it say on XX/XX/XXXX on the resident portal after my leased expired on XX/XX/XXXX I owe XXXX dollars? This proves theyre just trying to manipulate me into paying a false debt. Tenants are constantly moving out and the management company is desperate to make money for the apartments theyre not able to rent. National credit systems/station heights need to be fined and penalized for their fraudulent collection tactics and fraudulent debt practices. I ask that this is investigated and proper reprimands are executed against them. They need to delete this off of my credit report and stop contacting me before I take expeditious legal actions against them. Thank you as I look forward to an amicable resolve.

I have submitted a complaint before about a month or two ago and they sent responded through CFPB with an affidavit for ID theft. ALL THE CREDIT BUREUAS AND them have copies of my ID theft and police reports. I do not understand how a company can continually report false information damaging someones financials with no repercussions.

Consumer Complaint: Disputed collection from National Credit Systems , Inc regarding a debt that was owe on my credit report in the amount of {$390.00}. First dispute letter was sent on XX/XX/2019 and second letter was sent XX/XX/2019 and the third letter was sent on XX/XX/2019. After three attempts of asking for legal documentation showing where I'm responsible for this debt. I received two letters on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/2019 stating the same thing that my dispute has been investigated, however we have yet to find sufficient evidence to validate the amount owe. They asked if I can provide their company with all relevant documentation and information supporting to show them regarding the debt. And they will only revise or delete the debt if I provide them with information.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2018 National Credit Systems put a debt that was my daughters for a past rental debt they said they put it on my credit because I signed an application that said I was a Guarantor for this debt I was planning on co-signing for it but was told by the assistant manager that they didn't need it then a week after they realized they messed up they wanted me to sign and I refused the apartments XXXX XXXX has never provided me the documentation stating this my daughter paid even more than what was owed due to the fact she needed a place for her sons and they knew it so they would not negotiate on the debt AND made her pay more than was owed!!!!!!!!!! Now I can not get approved for any housing because this is on my credit if I signed something I will shut up and move on but send me the docs with my name that says I am a Guarantor OR TAKE IT OFF ALL MY CREDIT REPORTS NOW!!! This is insane how this collection agency did us how can they put a debt on your credit without a paper trail???????? I continue to send 100s of emails demanding they take this off I am so frustrated!
