Consumer Complaint: Hi Team,I was staying in XXXX XXXX apt in XXXX ,MI from XX/XX/XXXX till XX/XX/XXXX. Due to a family emergency i left XXXX on the month of XX/XX/XXXX. i left some stuff in my apt, where XXXX XXXX hired profession to throw them away (As per my request) and charged me a final bill of $XXXX.I came back to USA in XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX called me and requested me to pay this amount in full. when i checked my credit score it came down since it has been reported to credit bureau.I contacted XXXX XXXX, they gave me a final bill and requested me to pay it direct to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. i paid the amount in full, XXXX XXXX (XXXX XXXX) removed this impact and my score were normal in the month of XX/XX/XXXX.Now a new company called National credit system collection agency from XXXX,GA is requesting me to pay the same amount in full. when i sent them all necessary information, and told them that i had paid this amount in full through XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. But they again bought my score down in the month XX/XX/XXXX and requested me to repay the amount only then they will remove this from credit bureau.I humbly request team to investigate and kindly provide me a solution for this. I tried to contact club meridian apt but no response and this is going on for the past 3 months.

Consumer Complaint: I leased an apartment from a company called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and vacated in XX/XX/2017. I had email correspondence with the manager whereby I asked them to draw any remaining money owed from my security deposit. That manager confirmed, I returned the keys and then never heard from the company for about 1 year. Then I got a call from National Credit Systems saying I owed all this money. They never provided any proof as to why I owed any money. They just berated me for weeks upon weeks saying I needed to pay. When I showed them the email correspondence with the manager and asked for any proof that I owed money, they provided nothing. Email correspondence is attached.

Consumer Complaint: the lease document is legitimate. the other document pdf which shows the breakdown of the amounts seems to be a document created just for this purpose. this case went to court. the court documents will show the LEGITIMATE AMOUNTS and final resolution to the matter. that document seems to be manufactured to fit this ridiculous amount. also as you can see, i moved out 2 days at the end of my lease which started on XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. the document provided appears to be altered as i did not sign a 12month 20day lease. i signed a 12 month ONLY lease. since when have you ever seen a 12 month 20 day lease. that document is altered. i gave the office a verbal and written 30 day notice after they released and violated my privacy by talking to a third party of whom i was looking to add onto my lease without my permission. basically i was looking for a roommate. the property manager harassed my potential roommate and asked if i was even living there. The property manager then told the roommate i was looking into getting personal information on my file without my permission violating my privacy. i then issued the apartment a verbal and written 30 day notice for doing this. i told them that i would move out by the end of my lease period. we went to court and a judge adjudicated the entire case. *they have not provided any court documents that show the amounts. *they have not provided any pictures to show any damage. i took pictures of the entire apartment and i am willing to upload them. the cleaning fee also seems to be a later addition or part of the altered paperwork. * the second document to show the breakdown is not a legal document. it is not even signed, stamped or dated. there is no proof it was ever delivered. it was never presented to court. how can a case be closed on a seemingly photoshopped document.
