Consumer Complaint: Since 2017, XXXX XXXX and national credit systems say i owe {$23000.00} dollars when i don't. As a result i have been denied XXXX mortgages. I filed XXXX disputes with XXXX and XXXX and supplied court documents. XXXX removed that alleged debt from my credit report. The debt is not mine, and/or not truthful. I even submitted the court documents to XXXX and XXXX and national credit ststems. I have no judgements against me from anyone. The refuse to remove it.

Consumer Complaint: So I pulled my credit report around XXXX XXXX 2019 and i found items on my report that was inaccurate and some collections on my account that was unknown. so i sent out a letter XXXX XXXX 2019 saying that the items was not mine and i asked them to verify all of the information but i never got anything but them sending me the items were verified every month and this has been going on for 5 months i sends omething every month. i have reached out to creditors to get them to validate my accounts and debt and showing that i signed something with them but i have had no answer from them. i have asked credit bureaus to investigate my account and send me the signed docs. but i can not get to them so at this point i need help.

Issue: Problem with a credit reporting company's investigation into an existing problem

Consumer Complaint: The collection account from National Credit Systems with amount of {$290.00} on my XXXX credit report does not belong to me. Verified via multiple sources, it rather belongs to a person with same last name, similar first name, different date of birth and social security number, who happened to have lived in the same apartment community as I did. I disputed this account at XXXX but they listed this person 's name and address as one of mine and indicated this collection is " verified as accurate '' as the result of this dispute. I also tried to contact National Credit Systems. I don't have any account on their record but they refused to offer any help correcting the false report, instead their customer representatives tried multiple times to trick or mislead me to admit I owe the money and make a payment. Attached proof from the original creditor showing me having XXXX balance with them.

Consumer Complaint: I emailed the National Credit Systems at the email given on the website XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and they have not responded. I am emailing you about this complaint XX/XX/XXXX I'm assuming they are collecting a debt from an apartment complex I use to live at and they did not notify me they were trying to charge me for the cleaning services. I went to the website XXXX XXXX XXXX And I put in the amount owed ( {$600.00} ) and my social security number and nothing showed up. Clearly on my XXXX Credit Report it shows a balance owed of {$600.00} from " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' which is the company that hired National Credit services to charge me for the debt. On the website link XXXX XXXX XXXX It clearly states on the website " To obtain account information and/or make an online payment, you must login by entering any two of the three fields below. '' But that is a lie. I can't call them during business hours because I'm always working and I can't have my cell phone at my job.

Consumer Complaint: Debt was paid using a check for the amount of XXXX, the apartment company cashed check using ACH and did not turn over the check to the bank, however it clearly states the name of the apartment complex and the amount on the bank statement. The apartment complex itself was notified and confirmed that it was a mistake due to the transfer of their ownership. The debt collection agency says that they could not " reach '' the apartment complex and would therefore be unable to take the debt off.
