Consumer Complaint: I'm filing a complaint on National Credit Systems XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX GA XXXX. After receiving a notice from National credit systems about owing them {$170.00} I contacted them by mail to informed them the debt did not belong to me and it was a result of identity theft. I contacted the credit bureaus ( XXXX and XXXX ) to report the matter after waiting for over 6 months I was told the item was verified with no supporting documents. I contacted them again and was advised to contact the federal trade commission. once I contacted the federal trade commission I was referred to consumer finance.

Consumer Complaint: An item appeared on my credit report placed by National Credit Systems, a collection agency. I requested that the inaccurate information be removed from my credit reports. I requested proof of the debt and asked that they validate the debt. National Credit Systems insisted that the debt was my debt. They provided a lease agreement that did not have my signature on it. I misplaced the documents they provided as validation of this debt and had become exhausted and decided to offer and settle the debt so I could get this negative item off my credit records, but have since located it and once again advised NCS that the debt is not mine. Since locating the documentation provided as proof of debt that do not have my signature, I have also contacted the Texas State Attorney General Office, California State Attorney General Office and the Federal Trade Commission. The collection agency is unwilling to remove this negative item from my credit report, nor provide satisfactory proof of a valid debt as mine.

Consumer Complaint: I satisfied my account with National Credit Systems in full in XXXX of 2019. I received written confirmation of this dated XX/XX/2019. The account is still reflecting a balance of {$1300.00} with all credit reporting agencies. I have contacted National Credit Systems of this issue and received no resolution. So I have disputed the inaccurate information with all 3 major bureaus. Most recently XXXX has replied to my dispute stating that the information is being reported accurately and that it will not be updating the information even though I attached National Credit System 's letter with my dispute stating that the account has been settled in full and now has a {$0.00} balance.

Consumer Complaint: I have been trying to dispute this charge for awhile, first off I move out of the apartment a week after I signed the lease with the permission of the leasing agent because after moving in the ceiling in my sons room fell in it was a hole in the ceiling. It was agreed I could move out they kept all the fees, but it has still shown up on credit report, I attempted calling to dispute over the phone to no avail, i disputed on XXXX XXXX as well, i never received written notification of account going to collections, i don't know where the paperwork was mailed.

Consumer Complaint: I am getting collection efforts from a company named National Credit Systems , Inc . I do not have any business contracts with this company. They are trying to collect on behalf of a different which I do have business with. However National Credit Systems has been incapable of validating the debt. They can not produce written agreement by me allowing them to report any accounts on my credit reports on behalf of this company. They have failed to produce verification that they can collect on behalf of XXXX. They have failed to produce proof that they are licensed to collect in the state of Georgia. Again, I have never signed any agreement with this company regarding XXXX, nor given them authorization to report anything on my credit.
