I've tried Disputing and telling them that I didn't authorize anyone to get an apartment in my name ( Someone signed a lease without my knowledge in a city more than 2hrs away from me ) I asked for proof that I signed my name or a copy of the ID that was used but they dont have that onfile, Just the application that was sent.

Consumer Complaint: National Credit Systems Refuses to remove an item off my credit report after I notified them of identity theft and fraud : I have also reported this with law enforcement and with the federal trade commission. I do not owe National Credit Systems and I am requesting that all information from national credit systems be blocked and or removed from my credit reports. This has directly impacted my job and living situation and I will be suing for damages if this is not rectified.

Consumer Complaint: National Credit Systems XXXX XXXX XXXX This debt was dismissed during a court case in 2018. XXXX XXXX is no longer responsible for the debt. I was never involved in the court case nor was I contacted. I was a cosigner on this apartment and wasn't notified about anything until the collection agency started contacting me. This should have never been reported on my credit file/ I'm still being contacted by the collection company who's have a really bad attitude towards me for trying to resolve this issue. I attempted to resolved this issue with this company who never tried to listen they only wanted payment.

Consumer Complaint: I was working in XXXX while my resident in XXXX XXXX FL, when the virus outbreak started I had to break my lease and move back home, the apartment owner didn't care about the virus and ask for {$3400.00} for breaking the lease, I couldn't afford that since I'm still out work, didn't get any government help and don't know when i can get back to work. the debt make it's way to National Credit system , INC, they start immediately calling sending letter treating me, my first action was to send a register mail asking for ACCOUNT VALIDATION REQUEST, they ignored that and keep sending mail and calling, I'm not sure what is my right at this point and how to move forward, I apricate same help and direction on this matter. At this time I demand the alleged debt to be immediately removed from my credit reports as soon as possible. This is damaging to my reputation. I never got a letter allowing me the time to dispute this debt with them before they illegally attached this to my credit profile in XXXX. Once again I have asked for validation of this alleged debt. They have it listed on my report that it was " verified '' on XX/XX/XXXX. Which is not true. Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX filed an eviction with an amount of {$4000.00} owed. The eviction was filed after I no longer lived there. I moved out of the apartment at the end of my lease in XX/XX/2018. I believe the eviction was filed in XXXX or XXXX. The debt is now held by National Credit Systems. Furthermore, I was not in any way notified of action being taken against me. I was unable to dispute the " eviction '' or amount they claimed I owed them. I did not know anything about this claim until a year later when I noticed it on my credit report. The money is not owed and I was not given a chance to dispute it or show evidence. I was not notified that any action was being taken.
