Consumer Complaint: This company is reporting an inaccurate $ XXXX account on my credit report. I have contacted this company on several occasions but they state that their law office is handling this account. I have contacted this alleged company on several occasions and have not been able to resolve this issue. I contacted the original creditor who was not able to assist me with this because the account was sold they stated however the company National Credit Systems Inc is not a company that they are familiar with however again they are the company reporting this account on my credit report. I have requested documentation specifically from this company and they have yet to provide. I want them to provide proof of ownership, chain of custody, or evidence of assignment showing that they are the owner of this debt. It is my belief that this company and alleged lawyer office have some kind of illegal contracting going on. In almost 2 years I have been bounced back and forth. I want this mess remedied and deleted immediately.

They will call as early as XXXX and as late as XXXX every single day at least 15 times a day. I have an app that automatically detects spam calls and Ive blocked several numbers but they still call using other numbers.

Consumer Complaint: I have requested that XXXX remove an unverified account that has been placed on my credit report from National Credit Systems. I have no agreement with National Credit Systems and requested a Cease & Desist previously. The company never provided any verification information before placing this account and still placed the account after I requested them to cease & desist. I informed XXXX and XXXX of this error and the account is still reflecting on my account. It is my right to only deal with the original creditor and not a collection agency that I don't have any kind of income agreement with.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I sent a dispute letter to the collection agency known as National Credit Systems disputing the alleged account and requesting for account level documentation about the debt to be sent to me via mail. I also sent my dispute via certified mailing. I did not hear or receive anything from the agency until XX/XX/2019. In which they sent a settlement offer but never fulfilled my request for verification of such debt. I then proceeded to send another dispute via certified mailing on XX/XX/2019 stating that the agency did not send me any verification of debt to continued to attempt to collect on the debt via phone and mail. They then sent me an old rental agreement but never stating the break down of the bill on XXXX XXXX. I then even contacted National Credit Systems via phone call in XXXX for them to continue to give me the run around and continuously attempt to collect on the alleged account. This has been a struggle for going on a year and they agency has failed to allow me to exercise my rights as a consumer. They have violated the FDCPA ( Fair Debt Collections Practices Act ) and the FCRA ( Fair Credit Reporting Act ). I am requesting that this agency National Credit Systems to immediately remove this account from my consumer credit reports as well as stop attempting to collect on this alleged debt due to these unlined violations. I have consulted with an attorney and they requested that I take this route to get this issue addressed but if not addressed and resolved I will be seeking legal actions. So I am demanding that this agency does what's right and we can end this soon. Thank you so much for your understanding and willingness to resolve this unforeseen matter!

Consumer Complaint: On Monday XX/XX/XXXX I received a email saying that XXXX recently know as XXXX XXXX sent me to collections for a balance of {$650.00}. I lived a XXXX XXXX for 2 years prior to moving out in XX/XX/XXXX. In the year that I moved out I had tremendous problems with my roommate. I have countless emails to prior management to prove this. After moving out, I received a outstanding balance bill in the mail. When I spoke with XXXX ( the current property manager ). He told me to write a letter in writing as well as through email and they would RESPOND with a counter offer. XXXX XXXX never responded as you can see from this email. I never heard anything from them in two years and i assumed it was resolved. The year XX/XX/XXXX, when I signed to renew at XXXX XXXX I had NO co signer. The cosigner that I had was from the year XX/XX/XXXX. That uncle and my family no longer spoke. XXXX ILLEGALLY, Reported him the credit bureau as well, He never resigned to cosign. Please pull the forms proving otherwise and PULL his name off of this. THAT IS ILLEGAL. This is a lawsuit based on the Fair credit reporting act in the state of Florida. I guess in the mix of the two companies merging/Switching documents were lost and merged. I have ALL my emails to XXXX XXXX & I'm ready to discuss this. Below, is the inital letter that was given to XXXX with the date right after receiving the bill in the mail. I also have all the emails with dates complaining about the apartments issues. I requested the paper invoices and contracts as this Creditor looks be be a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was fully in my own HOUSE and definitely do not qualify for low income or subsidized housing. On XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX XXXX They advised they would send out the information to verify or fill a identify theft report. I received the Identity theft form Requesting my signature and address and SSN but no other paperwork with specific details regarding the debt itself which seem fishy to me.

Consumer Complaint: I have been receiving notices from these people for quite some time. I thought it was mine but then realized it was a previous boyfriend of mines and they are trying to collect from me. I tried on several occasions to obtain documentation from them that proves that this is my debt and if so, that this collection agency has the right to collect the debt. I have not received anything and they continue to report to the credit bureaus and they continue to send me notices. XX/XX/XXXX - Requested Validation/verification of proof that this debt is mine, that they were assigned the debt as well as proof that the debt was assignable. XX/XX/XXXX - Sent a 2nd request to validate/verify the account. XX/XX/XXXX - Made a 3rd FULL REQUEST of proof that this debt is mine, that they were assigned the debt as well as proof that the debt was assignable. They simply ignored me each time and sent nothing. So I would like assistance in either obtaining this information, or assistance in having them to stop reporting this unverifiable information on my credit report.
