Consumer Complaint: The creditor has the date the account opened wrong. I began owing a balance in XX/XX/XXXX, they have it starting in XX/XX/XXXX, then it states that it was first reported on XX/XX/XXXX. These dates are not accurate. I think this is an attempt to prolong the debt on my credit report. On XX/XX/XXXX I observed additional information not provided from this debtor on my credit report such as last reviewed and last time it was active. A week letter on XX/XX/XXXX I sent a certified letter to XXXX to request that information be added and debt information updated. On XX/XX/XXXX I received letter back from XXXX, with no changes or updates were made to the debt in question. On XX/XX/XXXX I ran a credit report again, which indeed confirmed no information had been changed or updated. Below I have attached my supporting documents.

Consumer Complaint: I received an alert on my credit report showing that an unpaid balance of rent was owed to an apartment complex by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX..I called the complex and tried to explain that I never lived there..They are not even under the name XXXX XXXX I ask them to send me proof of who they had listed under my name they kept giving me the run around and could never show proof that the apartment belong to me do I called the credit company that it had been reported to and spoke with a gentlemen several times trying to explain he was not listening to me at all and was determined that I was responsible I even tried to ask how much of this debt I could pay to get it off my credit and he was not willing to negotiate he threatened to take legal action and I have challenged this over and over and still cant come to any resolve. The company that has this false debt is National Credit System located some where in XXXX GA

Consumer Complaint: This is my second time disputing and requesting information from the credit agencies and the company involved. I attempted to dispute this with XXXX and XXXX, but neither credit reporting agency is providing any information that I've requested other than to verify my name. ( XXXX confirmation # XXXX, have not heard back from XXXX ) I have asked for a bill/invoice with a breakdown of all charges, as I have not done business with the company ( NCS ), and am not about to pay them {$2600.00} simply because they have my name. National Credit System continually updates my credit report as 'dispute resolved ' without providing what I've asked for. Simply verifying my name is not a bill or a breakdown of charges owed.

Consumer Complaint: Our apartment was managed by XXXX in XXXX ga ( XXXX At XXXX XXXX ) I spoke to the office telling them we were buying a hone and would be moving out in XX/XX/2019 thats when our lease was up so we wouldnt renew. The office manager was named XXXX she was fine with this and that was that. Closer to XXXX I spoke to the office and was informed they changed owner ship and that XXXX took all files the lady in the front office said its no problem because we never were late on our rent in the 3 years we lived in this apartment she said to email her a statement saying we would be moving in XXXX so I did. When I went to give them all the info about our move out date XXXX the property manger was rude and said he had no idea about this and that I didnt give them 30 days notice which I did but he was so mean very rude and told me the only way I could move out without being turned over to debt collectors was for me to wave my deposit and to pay for the month of XXXX which was {$1400.00} plus he kept my {$500.00} depot we agreed even XXXX I gave them my notice month ago to XXXX management and felt that it wasnt my problem if they didnt get all the records I couldnt have this on my credit so we just paid the money. We moved out on XX/XX/XXXX and I gave the keys back XXXX even tho I paid for that entire month XXXX said we had to get out we did we had our new hone so that was fine. Months later in XXXX I received a letter saying we still owed {$1200.00} in rent for our last month but this time it said they were going after my XXXX year old son then they sent more letters going after myself and husband. I spoke to XXXX and he said he took care of it but its still on my credit Iv called XXXX office as well and they say the same thing that I paid in full. I even paid XXXX {$50.00} dollars for some paper work that he said would definitely close this case and its still on my credit. I feel this is a scam Iv paid them so much and lost so much I did everything I was supposed to and told todo. Please take this off my credit I was never late on my rent and never was a bad tenant they took my deposit and made me pay for extra month for no reason and now they want more XXXX is the one in charge and I call him every week he still says the account is closed and we owe nothing

Consumer Complaint: I contacted NCS to have them delete an account that did not belong to me. NCS and I agreed to delete the account if I paid the full amount. NCS also agreed to send a letter stating that the letter was paid in full to delete. The letter I received in the mail only stated that it was paid and full and did not have the language that it would be deleted. I recorded the conversation and if you listen to the last 30 seconds of the phone conversation the representative agreed to have that language written in my letter. I am requesting that NCS adds this language to my letter as well as remove this item from my credit report. They violated 15 USC 1692e by making a false and/or misleading statement.

They attempted to fraudulently charge me the cost of a full carpet replacement knowing this collection was unlawful under Georgia Law. Additionally, they were required to provide me with an itemized statement no later then 48 hours post move out. This was never provided. This company then reported this amount to my credit knowing that this amount was inaccurate.

Consumer Complaint: THIS COMPANY CAN NOT AND HAS NOT produced me my original bill from the original creditor they purchased my debt from and because of that they must to cease all collection efforts and remove this account from my credit report. REMEMBER I AM REQUESTING VALIDATION, NOT VERIFICATION!! This COMPLAINT is being sent to you in response to notices sent to me from your company and more importantly, due to your erroneous reporting to the Credit Bureau { s }, the highly negative impact on my personal credit report. Please be advised that this is not a refusal to pay, but a notice sent pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 { b } that your claim is disputed and validation is requested. This is NOT a request for verification or proof of my mailing address, but a request for VALIDATION made pursuant to the above named Title and Section. I respectfully request that your offices provide me with competent evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay you. Please provide me with the following : What the money you say I owe is for : Explain and show me how you calculated what you say I owe : Provide me with copies of any papers that show I agreed to pay what you say I owe : Provide a verification or copy of any judgment if applicable : Identify the original creditor : Prove the Statute of Limitations has not expired on this account : Show me the you are licensed to collect in my state : Provide me with your license numbers and Registered Agent or Agent of Service : At this time I will also inform you that if your offices have reported invalidated information to any of the 3 major Credit Bureaus { XXXX, XXXX or XXXX } this action might constitute fraud under both Federal and State Laws. Due to this fact, if any negative mark is found on any of my credit reports by your company or the company that you represent, I will not hesitate to bring legal action against you for the following : Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act Violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Defamation of Character If your offices are able to provide proper documentation as requested in the following Declaration, I will require at least 30 days to investigate this information and during such time all collection activity must cease and desist. Also, during this validation period, if any action is taken which could be considered detrimental to any of my credit reports, I will consult with my legal counsel for suit. This includes listing any information with a credit reporting repository that could be inaccurate or invalidated or verifying an account as accurate, when in fact there is no provided proof that it is accurate. If your company fails to respond to this validation request within 30 days from the date of your receipt, all references to this account must be deleted and completely removed from my credit report and a copy of such deletion { to any/all of the 3 major credit reporting bureaus : XXXX, XXXX and XXXX } request shall be sent to me immediately. I would also like to request, in writing, that no telephone contact be made by your company to my home or my place of employment. If your offices attempt telephone communication with me, including but not limited to computer generated calls and calls or correspondence sent to or with any third parties, it will be considered harassment and I will have no choice but to file suit. All future communications with me MUST be done in writing and sent to the address noted in this letter by USPS. It would be advisable that you assure your records are in order before I am forced to take legal action against your company and your client. This is an attempt to correct your records, any information obtained shall be used for that purpose. A response with a bill is NOT evidence of proof that the debt is mine. Anyone can open an account under my name for which a bill is produced, but that doesn't mean it was actually me or that the debt is actually mine. I need real evidence. This evidence consists of a contract from the original creditor or some agreement bearing MY written signature agreeing to pay the debt. In the absence of this evidence I ask you to please remove this account from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX, 2016 NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEM added derogatory marks on my credit file, per XXXX, upon further research this account was transferred/sold and I am no longer responsible for these accounts. Debtor 's creditor did not verify this collection. Also, there was no written form of communication, contract or signature for the accused debt at all. A bill without a signature does not validate the debt and anyone can send a bill and say that it's mines. According to the FCRA, NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEM has violated my rights as a consumer and i'm requesting legal action to remove these accounts immediately.
