Consumer Complaint: I wrote the company a validation letter not verification. I never received a response so i called they sent it out XX/XX/XXXX. I told the lady I never received it she said ok they would email it. I called a couple weeks later and told her I never received the email. She then stated she will do it again. Weeks passed again still no email so I called again the lady said they can't email it she mailed it XX/XX/XXXX. I told her I still have received it. I told her that what she is doing is against the law and that I was filing a complaint.

Consumer Complaint: Under Federal Law, National Credit Systems had 30 days to validate my debt. They failed, my request was for the support documents to be sent to me via my e-mail or by certified mail. My rights under FDCRA, the collection agency has " 30 days '' to prove the debt was valid per my request. They did not e-mail nor send the documents to validate the debt certified mail within 30 days. 30 days and " 30 days '' only, not 45 not 60 days. Furthermore, National Credit Systems claimed to have mailed me the documents twice? I have the USPS app which shows me what mail is being delivered to me on daily basis and National Credit System never mailed anything to me. National Credit Systems has over 2600 complaints filed with the CFPB for the lack of response and lying about debt verification. National Credit Systems has lost numerous lawsuits for misleading and false debt verification, violating federal law, and illegal debt collection methods. The fact of the matter, National Credit Systems did not provide validation of debt to me within the 30 days under the FDCRA. They can not prove to me the documents was ever sent to me by e-mail or certified mail as requested. National Credit Systems has a continued and documented pattern of violating federal law. I hereby demand they remove the debt immediately.

Consumer Complaint: The " right to collect this debt '' has been transferred to multiple attorneys throughout the past few years. The original collection attempts came from The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX who threatened me. They possessed original " the right to collect the debt ''. I fought them vigorously and disputed the debt demanding from them proof of the debt. The information the first attorney presented to me as proof of the debt contradicted the itself and proved my point that the debt is 100 % false. I was given DIFFERENT paperwork than what was originally submitted, and the documentation the attorney supplied as proof was missing very crucial " Lease End '' dates that the original paperwork contained. When The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX could not verify the debt, the debt was " recalled '' ( according to the response of the attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX and the " right to collect the debt '' was then sold to the National Credit System Inc. This absurd game of playing " hot potato '' with a debt that can't be verified is ridiculous and it needs to be addressed. When one collection agency fails in their efforts to collect on a debt, the " right to collect the debt '' is then " transferred '' to another collection agency and the collection harassment then continues anew with the now new collection agency aggressively pursuing a false debt that, if looked at closely, will show itself to be false. PLEASE LOOK AT THE DOCUMENTS I HAVE INCLUDED THUS FAR! The crucial " Lease End '' dates are missing from the documents supplied by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXThey also provided INCOMPLETE documentation as proof. Also conveniently missing from the " proof '' is my " Intent to Vacate '' document I submitted to the XXXX XXXX management on XX/XX/2016. My " Notice to Vacate '' submission, in conjunction with the missing " Lease End '' dates the original documents contain ( with original signatures ) contrast with the documents supplied from the attorney. Once this was pointed out to the attorney, the attorney transferred the debt back to the original creditor, who then AGAIN transferred the rights to the debt to the National Credit Systems Inc. The National Credit System Inc. has since continued to report the collection debt to the credit bureaus despite the debt being completely false. The National Credit System Inc. is pursuing a false debt that was " verified '' by attorney XXXX XXXX with incomplete documentation. I attempted to contact the original creditor and ask them why the amount of the debt was in existence. The XXXX XXXX XXXX, which manages The XXXX XXXX in XXXX, refused to provide me with any information, instead stating that I needed to contact the National Credit Systems Inc. The National Credit System can only provide the same " proof of debt '' that has already been submitted. And I can prove that this collection debt is 100 % false with this same documentation! The lease renewal documentation provided proves that I was in a month to month lease. To move out I only needed to submit a " notice to vacate '' at least 20 days prior to moving. We provided a full 30 days advance notice. So the lease renewal documentation itself and my " notice to vacate '' notice submitted well within the required time frame prove that the debt can not be legally justified and is therefore invalid. The lease proves we couldn't have broken a lease, because I chose the " month to month '' as my lease option after completing my lease on XX/XX/2016. All of the bogus charges are false and the false debt needs to be removed from my credit profile. PLEASE NOTE : The documentation I have provided are for reference purposes and to show that the documentation provided is very incomplete and false.

Consumer Complaint: I put in 60 day notice, and honored my lease. I do not owe this company anything! This company has the Audacity to say i owe them anything when they have done absolutely nothing but stolen from me and made my son sick! while i resided their, i learned from my sons pediatrician that his LEAD level was a 7.5 which is 3.5 points away from hospitalization!!!!!!!!!! This scum of apartment complex could have killed my son! we haven't lived there for 3 months and although his levels have went down a little they are still high! my son is on strict pediatric supervision right now! I pray that they shut this place down before they kill a child! ALso while i was there their staff stole my iphone, ipad, and LV shoes!!!!!! they have also tacked on charges i didnt owe to my account all the time! Everything breaks in that apartment, it flooded because their pipes were bad 4 times when i was living there. all of my items got damaged! Unsanitary living conditions. We were left with no water, no running toilets, no lights multiple times. My XXXX year old son and i lived in XXXX their!!! i cant believe they have the nerve to say I OWE THEM ANYTHING!!!!!!! I called last month and talked to a male at the front desk who even confirmed i dont owe anything and to disregard the letter i received!!

Consumer Complaint: During the last week of XXXX, I spoke with a representative from National Credit Systems that stated my account had already been submitted to a lawyer and she gave me a different department. I then spoke with a representative that offered a settlement in the amount of {$1900.00}, however it had to be paid within a week. I explained to them that I did not have the funds and I was told then we cant help because its going to court. In an effort to still rectify the situation I called once I had the funds available, on XX/XX/XXXX, and I was then told that the account was back with National Credit Systems, and to avoid a judgement on my credit I needed to pay {$2600.00}. I again called the very next day and was told I needed to pay {$2900.00} for the same reason. At that point, I asked to speak with a supervisor and when I spoke with him he stated he has no control over what the creditor asks for, it that he would contact them and call me back the early part of the next week with a settlement offer. Well, that was last week and I never received a call. I called again in today, XX/XX/2020 and was out through to a voicemail on three different occasions.

Consumer Complaint: I had a debt with a creditor. The debt was settled through a court action and the plaintiff agreed to seal the record and not report it after a court order requiring such. plaintiff violated the agreement and sold the title to NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS and now in violation of 15 USC 1692a ( 4 ) debt collector has made false claims as a creditor, made an impermissible pull of my credit and then used my private information for profit in order to enrich themselves unjustly at my expense with neither my consent nor expressed aceptance. XXXX LLC is a co conspirator in the caper as both companies are guilty of identity theft and consumer fraud based on their destroying my rights to privacy, my right to contract, my right to be secure in person and property and my right to be free of the fraud, theft and coercion of third party meddlers pursuant to their willful and negligent violations of 720 ILCS 5/16-30 ( a ) and 815 ILCS 505/1 ET SEQ. I have made several requests to both companies to produce lawful evidence of my being subject to any indebtedness and both companies have chosen to ignore my requests and acquiesce to the aforementioned claims ... I want to initiate a lawsuit as these companies are making it impossible to get housing and winter is here. please find the court documents and correspondence between myself.

Consumer Complaint: In response to CFPB compliant # XXXX and the company 's response to my complaint. NCS ( National Credit Systems ) did not provide the supporting documents as requested via to my e-mail or by certified mail within 30 days under federal law. NCS claimed to have mailed on XX/XX/2020 the documents to the address given in my e-mail and it came back as returned?? Provide to me the evidence.. It's very simple, prove to me that the documents were send to me within 30 days as you state. NCS can't because there is no supporting documents and the debt is invalid and they know it. NCS has violated federal law on every level and I hereby demand the debt be removed immediately.
