Consumer Complaint: The credit bureau never did a proper investigation according to the FCRA. The term investigative consumer report means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumers character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. They did not do this. Also, they have violated my rights even more In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Everything has to be 100 % accurate on my credit report. The Credit bureaus stated my account was properly investigated but how is that possible if the open date is inaccurate, the date last active is inaccurate, and date last reported is not accurate. This ground for removal, They also violated the law because according to 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions I did not give anybody written instructions

Consumer Complaint: I have contacted the collection agency, filled out and notorized their own form, this was not me, I did not live here, also is using my maiden name, collection in XXXX, may maiden name changed in XXXX, I had printed and sent a full year covering all of XXXX utility bills from where I was living, and sent their form to their legal department, no response, have contacted them through email and by phone, with my XXXX XXXX XXXX representative, no response, this collection of {$5000.00} was not me, and needs to be taken off of my credit with all of the derogatory remark. They sent me a copy of a ledger from the now closed down apartment complex, no ID, with my maiden name and another person, whom I do not know, so that is why I emailed my water bills from the time period they gave the collection for.

Consumer Complaint: Over the past year I have disputed the collections account with XXXX XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$7700.00}. This was a joint rental agreement with my now ex-husband, XXXX XXXX, and myself. In XX/XX/XXXX, the property manager and myself had a conversation about me losing my job due to COVID-19 and I was no longer able to pay my part of the rent. I also advised the property manager that I had applied for unemployment and was waiting for an acceptance or denial. The property manager allowed myself out of the rental agreement and my ex-husband, XXXX XXXX, would remain on the lease and the remainder of the lease agreement would be his responsibility. I moved out of the apartment on XX/XX/XXXX. This was all done via face to face communication and no documents were provided to me to sign to confirm this agreement. On XX/XX/XXXX, the collection account was removed from my credit report. Now as of XX/XX/XXXX it has been placed back on my credit report. I would greatly appreciate XXXX XXXX XXXX to follow up with the verbal agreement we had about releasing myself from all financial responsibility for the remainder of the rental agreement and have it removed from my credit report with all three bureaus. This collection account is solely the responsibility of my ex-husband, XXXX XXXX.

In fact I called them to get information on it and the dates someone applied in my name I was in a lease of my own. DESPITE THE FACT THAT WE DID GIVE NOTICE TO THE COMPLEX, OUR LEASE WAS A FIXED TERM LEASE. IN MICHIGAN, UNDER LAW 554.134, FIXED TERM LEASES EXPIRE ON THE DATE OF TERMINATION SPECIFIED IN THE LEASE. IF THERE IS NO REQUIREMENT TO SUBMIT NOTICE, THEN THERE'S NO LEGITIMACY TO THE DEBT. NOT ONLY IS IT NOT REQUIRED BY LAW, IT'S NOT REQUIRED IN THE LEASE AGREEMENT, WHICH WAS ATTACHED. THE COMPLEX FALSELY CLAIMED THAT THEY DIDN'T RECEIVED POSSESSION OF OUR UNIT UNTIL XX/XX/21. THIS IS BECAUSE OUR MOVE OUT DATE WAS ON SUNDAY, AND THEIR OFFICE IS CLOSED ON SUNDAYS. Consumer Complaint: I XXXX XXXX am a person, non-adverse, non-belligerent, non- combatant party and executer with full life. I am in possession of my credit reports with your voluntary submission of alleged account in question. As you keep reporting the alleged account verified and accurate. I herby dispute this alleged account in its entirety and request the removal of it from my consumer report. This letter also constitutes as a cease and desist, for you National Credit Systems INC to stop all attempts at collecting this alleged debt owed to you. This letter is addressing XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and you the direct data furnisher of this subterfuge. National Credit Systems INC must herein provide a true and certified original copy of the complete audit trail under penalties of perjury of said account, pursuant to 15 USC 1692g of FDCPA. Furthermore in order for National Credit Systems INC to validate this debt, please provide verification through audit certification of debt entry in accordance with G.A.A.P, IFRS, in accordance with XXXX and U.N.C.I.T.R.A.L. Consumer Complaint: AS OF MY XX/XX/2022 COMPLAINT, I got a notification about my credit report. INCOMPLETE ACCOUNT NUMBER FOR XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX INCOMPLETE ACCOUNT NUMBER FOR NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEM- XXXX In the documents uploaded below you will see XX/XX/2022 updated credit report. One from XXXX XXXX and the other from XXXX. I have still not heard from either company. However XXXX sent me an email stating that the company has verified the accounts with them and they are accurate. In my letter to XXXX I requested to be notified by mail as I had done for them, not to be replied to on a service website. 1. There are still dates that are conflicting. 2. They have not given ME verification 3. They have not provided me the procedure in which they have investigated it and who did the investigating. At this point, I have been denied jobs, I had to have my credit report run just so that I can be my fathers over-seer ( POA ) for the VA. They have given a certain amount of time to get this situation rectified or they may dismiss me to look over him. This is very troubling because I know for a fact I NEVER SIGNED OR EVEN UNDERSTAND THESE ACCOUNTS. They are not complying with the federal laws that I stated in the last complaint. This is troubling due to the fact my father served 24 years in the military and Im the only one that is taking care of him and I am facing loosing my responsibility that was given to me because of these two companies. I have attempted to apply for two things of which of course I was denied, in hopes to build my credit. I am desperately pleading for your help, as I attempt to just maintain my life and well being of my father. How can trust this company to validate my information when their Information is not consistent for their own company.
