Consumer Complaint: National Credit Systems did not adequately resolve my last complaint. The XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX refused to accept a subletter that I had found that met all requirements to " mitigate damages '' to a lease I was claimed to owe money towards, as in, I had found an individual that was willing and prepared to accept all debts claimed by The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This was following their own mitigation of damages, in which they found an individual to move into the unit I was claimed to have been assigned. Because they mitigated damages to the unit I was claimed to have been assigned to, and because they refused to allow me to mitigate damages on a supposed alternative unit, I have no obligations of payment and the debt is invalid. To substantiate these claims, please refer to original communications attached. One series of communications was with an individual named XXXX XXXX, who would have been my roommate in the unit I was claimed to have a lease for. It was only through this individual did I discover that The XXXX at XXXX XXXX had themselves mitigated damages. The XXXX did not communicate this to me at any point beforehand. This affirms that they themselves successfully mitigated damages. The other series of communications was with an individual named XXXX XXXX. These affirm that I successfully found a subletter to mitigate any damages I would owe towards the supposed alternative unit, that The XXXX at XXXX XXXX refused to share the unit number, and therefore refused to allow me to mitigate damages. The information I've provided here, including direct evidence that I've worked in good faith with The XXXX at XXXX XXXX to mitigate damages but they refused it, demonstrates that they've acted inappropriately and coercively. It is especially shameful, given I was a poor college student, working 2-3 jobs and donating XXXX XXXX weekly just to make ends meet. A speedy resolution with the complete removal and total expungement from my credit reports of any collections and derogatory marks stemming from claims made by the XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX or National Credit Systems .

Consumer Complaint: I am a XXXX citizen and I submitted my signed notice to not renew my lease via the apartment office 's dropbox on XX/XX/2019, which was within the required timeframe. XX/XX/2019 was XXXX XXXX and the apartment office was closed and it was not until XX/XX/2019 that the office staff returned to the apartment office. As a result, the apartment manager said my notice to not renew my lease was late and charged me a late fee which is a month 's rent. In addition, although the apartment manager had my email address plus phone number and knew my USPS mail was being forwarded to my new address, I was never contacted me about the issue.

Consumer Complaint: I filed a claim with the cfpb against National Credit Systems , Inc. in 2020, National Credit Systems , Inc is reporting a debt that doens't belong to me and it furnished an address to my credit report that doesn't belong to me. I filed a identity theft report and the information was never blocked from reporting on my credit report, which is a violation. I am requesting that these items be removed from my credit report immediately. attatched is the documentation that should support my claim. I am having difficulty applying for a mortgage because of this fraud account that still reporting on my credit report. XXXX XXXX XXXX has already removed this item from my credit file and I am waiting for XXXX and National Credit Systems , Inc to do the same.

The apartment complex reported to National Credit System a improper move out fee of {$1700.00} which is now on my credit. The total on my credit is {$1900.00} which {$160.00} I do agree I owe for carpet cleaning but not until that faulty charge is off my credit {$1900.00} to move out early on top of they still collected rent for XXXX rent from housing they are trying to con me for more money thinking I wont dispute this

Consumer Complaint: I have a collection from an apartment complex on my credit report that i never stayed a day in. I had filled out an application for a lease but had never moved in to the apartment. Due to complexities with my family I was unable to move in. I've tried communicating with the complex and the company but i never signed a lease. They had it rented out shortly after i moved in and now the collection company is trying to collect for something that doesn't belong to me. Please assist me in getting this removed.
